Fantastic apartments - fully equipped and very comfortable! We stayed in the middle of august, so the air conditioning was essential and worked very well! It wasn't that noisy either, particularly in the attic room. I would stay here again definitely! |

The apartment was clean and well presented. They aren't spacious, but good use has been made of limited space. The kitchen equipment was a little limited and I doubt if you really wanted to utilise that space you would manage it too well. However, it was adequate for our needs. The roof terrace was great, and gave the apartment extra 'living' space. The airconditioning was useful but needed to be a bit more efficient really. The location is ideal, very central and easy to get to. Overall a very positive stay |

Nice clean and Modern apartments, located in a very lively central location. We stayed in the attic apartment, the only thing is the air conditioning in the living room is not very powerful, which made our stay a little uncomfortable in the height of summer.
Other than that it is perfect for those who enjoy staying in the hub of things.
I would recommend those who do not like a lot of noise to stay elsewhere or bring a good set of ear plugs!! |

The situation is perfect, room was clean and well furnished, and yes we will come again!
Small minus is that you can't get in before two o'clock p.m. On the other hand, sitting in small cervecerias around is nice and cozy. |

The building is conveniently located, which is why I'm giving it a one star instead of 0. I should also point out that it may be somewhat ok for a couple without kids. When we contacted the owners and told them we had two small children (one a baby) they should have mentioned to us there would be no elevator in the building and that we would have to walk up seven flights of stairs! To me this is just common courtesy. With a baby in the arms, stroller, and backpack, going up and down a few times everyday was a nightmare on its own. Not to mention the apartment we stayed in was the attic with stairs going both up and down inside, so we had to place our luggages to improvise as a gate to prevent our toddler from taking a serious fall. To top it all off, the place was not cleaned properly. There were dust balls all over the place with pieces of long black hair here and there (I'm blond), which was really unpleasant. While the sheets themselves were clean, the blanket wasn't and had a distinct odor of "other" people. There was no toaster, no water glasses. Just mugs. The TV was located in the bedroom, which proved to be useless since the kids slept there. They didn't even have an extra roll of toilet paper. Unfortunately, because of this apartment our whole trip in Madrid was diminished to less than pleasant. |

Having arrived at the appartments we found out that only one had been booked when we should have had 2. The excuse was that they hadn't wrote the booking down. After much confusion and discussion an extra bed was brought which meant 6 people had to sleep in 1 appartment, the appartment was already smaller than expected so that night it was a bit cosy!! The appartment it's self was different to the pictures, with the whole place looking a bit tired, however once the extra appartment had been sorted the next day thing were ok.
Location wise the appartment was great. |

Excellent location, can be a bit noisy late at night but worth it for the location. We booked two apartments, the attic apartment was the better one with its balcony/ roof garden.Found the staff very friendly. |

Great appartments. Clean, efficient, nice people. But....you can't sleep before 06:30 AM because of the noise. Madrid people love to go out, and if you don;t, this is not the place for you! |

Os apartamentos estão muito bem situados, bastante centrais, o que é óptimo. O apartamento é confortável e tem uma decoração bastante ikea o que dá um toque moderno. A rua por vezes é um pouco barulhenta e creio que havia um problema com os canos pois cheirava um pouco mal no interior do apartamento...há que resolver esse assunto pois tirando isso, tudo bem! |

I had stayed there in the summer when the washing machine was not working. Durign that stay all the machines in the building were replaced, but the old ones were left in the very cramped hallways. They were still there 3 minths later! The management does not seem too concerned about soring this or other problems out. |

Delightful apartment; clean, well furnished and excellent air conditioning! A lovely balcony, with table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the atmosphere. Very well located but not too noisy. Would definitely recommend and book again. |

Fantatstic central location. Easy to get to from the airport on the metro if you don't have too much luggage. Costs only 2euro compared to more than 20 euro for a taxi. Loads of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Also possible to walk to many of the toursit attractions if you don't mind this. Otherwise many were just a few stops away on the metro. Only downside was no washing up liquid or other cleaning solutions supplied which is inconvenient if you are staying for a long period of time. |

Brilliant location, with amazing roof terrace. Was great to just sit with a glass of wine and watch the people of Madrid go about their business. Apartment was nicely furnished and had everything you need. Was surprisingly quiet and really good value for money. Couldn't recommended it highly enough. I want to go back! |

After seeing the location of the apartment on Google, (in the heart of Madrid) I decided to go for it as it had two single beds and a sofa bed (ideal for three people). The Apartment doesn?t have a reception so I had to call and wait for someone to bring over the key. But that was ok as there are several nice restaurants and bars just below at which I had a snack while I waited. Once in, the apartment was very clean and pleasant and would definitely appeal to IKEA enthusiasts (virtually everything in the apartment is from IKEA including the artwork on the wall). The apartment is very well/newly equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave, iron, dishwasher, cutlery, air-conditioning and even had a cafetiere but surprisingly, no electric kettle. There is also a corner shop just below for milk etc. On the negative side, it can be quite noisy outside, especially ?I imagine- if you are on the lower floors so take earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. The other strange thing is that the apartment doors aren?t numbered so if your key suddenly doesn?t seem to work, chances are you are on the wrong floor (incidentally, there is no elevator). To summaries, this is a great and affordable place to stay in a fantastic location (round the corner from Sol Metro station) so I will be recommending this apartment to my friends. |

We had an excellent 3-night stay at the Attic apartment. The 2-level loft was conviently located and has all the necessities needed for a short stay. Loved the porch/balcony. Clean and good A/C system for the hot days. Free internet/WI-FI service kept us in-touch with friends and family at home. Highly recommended. |

The scart connector on the back of the TV didnt work well and could have done with a few more glasses but overall extremely happy with apartment in rterms of quality, situation, value and comfort. We will def stay again and recommend to friends |

We booked the attico apartment in April. It was excellent - well-situated - well-equipped and, to our surprise, not too noisy. The roof terrace was a very good extra but could be noisy and hot in midsummer. |

Situación excelente. Apartamento bonito y acogedor. La lavadora no funcionaba. En cuanto a limpieza se puede mejorar, lo encontramos algo sucio. Un inconveniente: es zona de mucho tránsito nocturno y unas ventanas de mejor calidad ayudarían a reducir bastante el ruido exterior, que a veces agobia. Así pues en general agradable y SI SE SOLUCIONA EL TEMA DE LA LIMPIEZA Y EL CAMBIO DE VENTANAS YO VUELVO SEGURO. |

we stayed in this lovely small apartment with 4 adults in the center of Madrid. Perfects situated in the center, also nice terras, clean and friendly appartment. I will recommend it to everyone who has a short stay in Madrid. We stayed for 2 nights which is almost impossible if you want an appartment (aways for 3 night rent) |

The apartment was very nice. It had all the amenities of home. And if you get the apartment on the top floor, the view from the balcony is beautiful. Also, you couldn't ask for a better location, very close to restaurants, convenience stores, subway station and shopping. |

Lovely, spacious, clean, modern apartment. Great kitchen and bathroom. Funky details like heating/air con, video display on front door intercom, powered window shutters.. Great little terrace for standing on and watching the world, but we did see someone getting mugged on the street outside. Don't let it put you off, just be careful when carrying your luggage and looking lost! |

There was a little confusion initially about how to actually get into the property, but once this was established everything was fine. The apartment was clean, tidy, well-equipped and seemed safe. We had a very enjoyable stay. |

Me encantaron los departamemtos! La única recomendación que les podría dar es que por favor pongan un letrero más grande por fuera o algún otro señalamiento, porque no son fáciles de encontrar la primera vez. Por dentro los depas están divinos!! Todavía huele a nuevo!! Me quedé en el último piso y de verdad me encanto en concepto. Muy moderno! Las camas están deliciosas y toda la decoración increíble! Además esta muy bien localizada, en el mero centro, todo te queda cerca. Yo quedé encantada, los recomiendo muchísimo! |

A wonderfull place to stay. We hade a great stay and we sure would like to come back to that flate soon. The were some dust at the bedroom and bathroom, so that could have been better. Maybe a glas for vine would be e o good idea at the kitchen?? Thanks again - it was sure nice. |

Pros: Lovely and bright apartments with new fixtures, furniture. Fun neighborhood with lots of tapas bars and cafes.
Cons: Streetnoise til 4am due to neighborhood activity (though windows managed to muffle the noise), washing machine was broken during our whole stay. We actually had a great stay at these apartments but our biggest complaint was our rowdy neighbors (in flat above us) who arrived on our last day - they got totally drunk and came into the building trying to kick everyone's doors in. Had it not been our last night, living with people like that in the building would've ruined our entire stay. |

The apartment was very nice. It was clean and after asking for help, the things (f.e. pot) in the kitchen could be used.
The house is located in a street with very much bars, shops etc.. So the disadvantage is a very loud street. |
