comments El pasado puente de diciembre nos alojamos en los apartamentos Caballero de Gracia sin referencia alguna y la experiencia ha sido totalmente positiva.Juan el dueño sumamente amable y servicial el apartamento tal y como se refleja en las fotos pero lo mejor es que estaba limpisimo la calefaccion genial y la ducha tambien incluso disponia de una caja fuerte sin recargo para utilizar el lugar para ir de visitas estupendo muy centrico y con parada de metro al lado, para repetir.

comments Sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse der Gran Via gelegenes Apartment. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ( Gran Via ) ist 1 Minute, die Puerta del Sol 4-5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und gepflegt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Treppenhaus steht den Gästen ein Laptop zur freien Verfügung. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, ich empfehle sie gerne weiter.

comments Our stay at Apartamentos Caballero was wonderful. We were completely satisfied with the accomodations and location. The studio we stayed in was comfortable and had everything that we needed. comments Very nice and clean apartment. Well equipped. Fridge does not work properly. Although not on coldest level food was frozen! A bit worried about fire escape possibilities (apparently not existing). Checking in procedure is slow and time consuming. One has to wait quite a time before staff arrives (in spite of known time arrival). Staff is very friendly.

comments This apartment is in a perfect location in central Madrid, near Plaze del Sol and Plaza Mayor as well as the large Corte Ingles. Juan, the owner is a wonderful person and very welcoming. The unit was clean, modern and very safe. When we return to Madrid in the future we will definitely stay here again. Este apartamiento es locado perfectamente en Madrid central es cerca de Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, y el Corte Ingles. Fue "muy limpio", moderno y seguro. El patron, Juan es fantastico y muy amable. comments We were completely satisfied with our stay at Apartamentos Caballero de Gracia. The apartment, as well as lobby, stairs, and landings, were all spotlessly clean. Juan was a real plus -- readily available and extremely accommodating in terms of all of our needs. The apartment had adequate space and the kitchen was well-equipped and modern. We were astounded by how well-insulated and quiet the apartment was, including the wall between rooms. The security was excellent. It is helpful if someone in your group speaks some Spanish because Juan speaks little English. Nonetheless, he and I managed with my bit of Spanish and his bit of English.

comments El apartamento/estudio estaba fenomenal, situado en pleno centro de Madrid, en una calle muy tranquila, con poco tráfico. Totalmente equipado, no echamos de menos ningún electrodoméstico, ni grande ni pequeño. La atención por parte del personal fue exquisita y de total confianza (no nos exigieron fianza). El precio razonable con la limpieza incluida. Todo esto hizo que nuestra corta estancia en la capital fuera muy agradable y que si en otra ocasión necesitamos un alojamiento similar, no tengo dudas que será aquí.

comments The apartments were very clean and well equipped. The location is excellent, right in the centre within easy walking distance of the main sights and only round the corner from the Gran Via underground stop. The road was quiet and we weren't disturbed by noise at all, despite the central location. The owner, Juan was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a map on which he marked the important sights to see. There is a excellent restaurant just a few doors up it opens at 8.30pm but soon fills up. We'd stay there again if we went to Madrid again and will recommend it to friends.

El único problema que encontramos fue con el uso de la tarjeta Master Card, la cual no podía utilizarse normalmente para pagar. Gracias a las diligencias de Juan, el administrador del apartamento, pudimos realizar el pago pero como si fuese una compra por internet. Lo demás todo muy bien.

comments I would highly recommend these apartments for a short or long term stay in Madrid. The apartments are very modern, clean, private, safe, and quiet. The kitchens are especially nice with excellent appliances and kitchen accessories. This is also one of the best locations to stay while in Madrid. It is within walking distance to shopping, markets, tourist attractions, restaurants, and the nightlife. I have stayed here four times over the past three years and will continue to do so in the future. Juan, Ana, and the cleaning staff are very nice and accommodating. I am a very particular American traveler and I have absolutely no complaints regarding these apartments. The apartments at Caballero de Gracia have become my home away from home.

comments Would help to have a brochure explaining ammenities, IE how to work clotheswashing, and other appliances. The safe would not work properly to re-set password. I followed directions exactly and it would never function. good location but very noisy early in morning. Would help to have a pull down shutter on outside of window as many Spanish apartments have. Juan is great.

comments As a mom traveling with her 12 year old daughter, my first concern is a safe, comfortable accommodation. Apartamentos Caballero de Gracia certainly met this concern. Also, within the same block there was a small grocery store, family style restaurants and a Metro station. YES, there was some noise from the street but the street is narrow and not a major thoroughfare. I definitely appreciated reading other customer comments and in retrospect the comments were helpful and accurate.

comments We had stayed at this apartment 2 years ago and went again because we liked it so much. We were not disappointed. Juan is very helpful and the apartment we stayed in is modern, clean and well-appointed. It is very central and although the street at the front can be a little noisy the bedroom is to the back where it is quiet, so no sleeping problems! It is very much a home-from-home.
