comments I stayed for 6 nights. It is worth every penny. It is in the best location right in the centre close to all amenities and main attraction sites. It is comfortable for up to 3 people who are not looking for the Ritz Carlton. It was clean, safe and the owner was friendly. I would recommend it and I will stay there anytime. comments The location of the apartment is second to none, walking distance to all major touristic attractions. It could be very noizy from the street on Friday and Saturday night. The bed "room" is very small and dark. There is no facility for washing or ironing. There is no toaster, microwave and kettle in the kitchen. You have to bring/ buy your own toilet paper , cos only one roll is supplied for your entire stay. Pedro is very helpful, unfortunately he does not speak much english. He will charge for the drinks in the fridge, just like a minibar.

comments Estuvimos 2 personas en un estudio. El apartamento esta bien en general. La ducha esta bien pero el agua caliente solo da para una persona. Despues hay que esperar una hora o asi para que se caliente otra vez el deposito La ventana de a un patio interior El portal esta en malas condiciones Tiene una tele pequeña Una cama de matriminio, otra individual y un sofa. Tiene 2 fogones de vitroceramica, microndas, cubiertos, nevera, una sarten, no mucho pero suficiente.

comments It's not bad. However, it's low end. Specific problems: - Windows would not lock - Neighbors are very noisy at night - hot water heater capacity is barely enough for 1 person to take shower

comments It was our second time in Apartasol, and we were very satisfied, it´s very central located, nearby everything. The apartment is nice and clean and it´s a good price comparing to a hotel.

comments Relacion calidad/precio muy buena. Limpio y sobretodo muy muy centrico. Cuesta un poco de encontrar ya que la entrada es muy pequeña. Cuando acaben las obras será mejor. El apartamento muy bien.

comments Apartamentos Apartasol were exactly as they were described on bookassist. There was a lot of construction going on and it was hard to find the door. However, the apartment was clean and comfortable. There were ample radiators which heated up the apartment nicely. Mauricio, who greeted me when I arrived, was very pleasant and helpful. He even helped me to carry my luggage downstairs when I checked out. My visit was so agreeable that after staying there a week, I booked a few more days. Great location, too, very close to Puerta del Sol, internet cafes, good food and shopping. I give Apartamentos Apartasol two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

comments Disappointed that apartment did not provided washing machine and dryer as all other apartments we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Spain, did. Also there were very small windows which added to the feeling of a dungeon. I know it's just a roof over your head but at the end of the day its nice to come home to something fresh. More information needs to be supplied on the site regarding this accomodation.

comments Apartment comfortable and clean and great value for money as in the centre of Madrid. Building work in lobby and courtyard so a bit noisy and entrance is not obvious if you don't know where you are going. Pedro very friendly and helpful.

comments The apartment was in a good part of town, and nicer than expected. However, there was an intense amount of construction - on the buliding itself. It started about 8AM and continued past 10PM. Additionally, there is a 10:30AM required checkout. This comes very qucikly in Spain, and the owner came to wake us up at 10:15 to make certain we made it out of there by 10:30.

comments The apartment was fantastic and great value for money, was very pleased with it and would recommend the apartment. The only downside was that we were there for a week but the apartment was not cleaned once during this period, not too much of a problem as we are tidy people, however I would have expected a cleaner to show up probably twice in a week. The towels were changed though.

comments El lugar fue perfecto, y los 2 apartamentos que alquilamos, aunque no muy bonitos, eran comodos y limpios. La entrada del edificio fue un poco escondido, y todo el edificio esta en el proceso de remodelacion, pero como dije, estabamos muy satisfechos con el lugar, la comodidad y el precio.

comments The location is in the very heart of Madrid. No Lecturie, but nice, clean sheets towels etc. Fully equipped kitchen. a lot of space. it is better to specify realistic time of arrival to make sure the owners will be there to accept you. The metro station of Sol is couple of minutes walk from the appartment.

comments The "mini" flat had space for up to 6 people, although I was on my own. It is in the very centre of Madrid, super easy to find, the owner very helpful and nice. The falt in itself had everything, and was extremely clean. I cannot recommend it enough, and even my Spanish friends were impressed, so much so that they'll keep it in mind for their own friends. It was the cherry on a wonderful cake called Madrid!
