The apartment was fine. The lcation ws very central. However, I had made it very clear to the lady that I hd made the booking with, Marta, that I was bookin the apartment specifically for use of the pool. When my party and I arrived, Marta had put us in an apartment with no access to the pool. This left me very dissatisfied and confused as I had emailed Marta to make sure that the apartment we were given had acess to the pool. I will not be staying at these apartments again due to this dissapointing and careless mix-up.

Hace mucho calor en el apartamento,el sistema de aire aconcicionado un poco arcaico. Pero compensa la piscina que tiene, muy de agradecer en el centro de Madrid. En general muy bien, centrico y amplio.

The central location was fantastic and made it easy to sight see on foot. It was also just a short walk from the metro making the trip to the airport with luggage and 2 children very manageable. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space. Teh only complaint is that the hide-a-bed sofa was uncomfortable, but I don't think any are. Oh yes, bring your own cork screw if you plan on drinking Spanish wine.

There was no soap in the bathroom. In general I think the price / night was quite expensive.

Our group arrived late due to delayed trains and were charged a 25 euro fee, which was not mentioned at any time before our arrival. We let the apartments know we would be late, but were still charged.

hemos de reconocer que no es de los apartamentos más economicos, pero resaltar k el apartamento está en perfecto estado y el trato es inmejorable. Nos llevamos un precioso recuerdo y sin duda REPETIREMOS... no dudeis en reservarlo... ya me contareis...

The apartment was fantasic, great location and an amazing price. Only problem was when we got there they expected the rest of the money for the apartment in cashand not with card as i had expected, so i had to run off and find a cash point. But it was an amazing place to stay.

The appartment was perfectly located for visiting Madrid. Right in the middle of everything. I stayed for three weeks and didn´t really miss anything. One big disappointment was though that the swimming pool was not open for use after 9th of September and nobody told me about that. As this was one of the main reasons for me to chosing this appartment I and my wife was greatly disappointed.
The aapartment feels modern and i s very well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. If something is missing they are very quick to fix it.

The apartment is pleasant but the air-conditioning does not work properly and leaks. We could never get the temperature below 28C and it was too noisy to keep on at night which made it very difficult to sleep. Having to pay by cash on arrival is a nuisance too. The pool is great though and the accomodation is otherwise comfortable.

Location was fine (easy walk to Plaza Mayor, Prado; also easy to get to from Atocha train station). Apartment was nice - clothes washer worked, elevator, heating, etc.). We had to search for pillow cases. Instructions on how to operate the TV and the sofa bed would help. Although the apartment was on an inner courtyard and not the street, it was still a bit loud. Singing and yelling from Plaza Sol went on all night until 7 am on Saturday; nocturnal activites of the apartment overhead could also be heard too clearly. All of Spain could benefit from carpets and sound proofing, and more bed linens. Overall, a good stay.
