comments The apartment is well equipped, modern, immaculated, convenient location and in the central area. Therefore we had a very lovely stay in the apartment. Definitely highly recommended. The only downside is there is no lift as yet. The installation of the lift was going on during my stay so it was a bit messy and dusty in the common area...which was not really an issue.

comments 84 Steps up AND down but well worth it . Good location to the Metro , shops and local markets . Nice Stroll to the City Centre as well .

comments Nice appartment, everything inside is as in the pictures. Everything works, the internet is great. Do not be fooled by the bad looking entrance - the appartment is nice, the neighborhood is not bad at all and has shops and subway stations 100 meters away! Would go back again. The people were very nice as well.

comments This is an excellent quiet clean apartment in a very good location with everything we needed for our visit. We were met on our arrival and the owners could not have been more helpful. We could walk everywhere from the apartment and there is a market across the road which was good for food shopping.

comments Perfect location, close to food shops, public transport. In fact a lot of the museums and other places of interest are within walking distance. The apartment is really well-equipped and very quiet. Friendly reception, swift and satisfactory reaction to (minor) problem. The only drawback are the four flights of stairs, but you don't have to tramp them up and down all day!

comments El apartamento es aceptable y está bien provisto, aunque le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento. La escalera de acceso está en condiciones muy precarias y el edificio está muy descuidado. La mayor deficiencia se debe a que no existe ascensor y hay 5 pisos de escaleras, así que el ascenso y el descenso, especialmente con las maletas, es un completo calvario. El personal de la empresa es muy amable y está listo a atender cualquier observación.

comments l'appartement etait très agreable, et possede heureusement un ventilateur et une clim. nous avons été bien accueillis, et merci au propriétaire de s'être régulierement inquiété de savoir si tout allait bien (par sms). Madrid est une belle ville, et nous nous sommes régalés.

comments The apartment was in a great location, near the Reina Sofia, Prado and Thyssen museums, the Puerta del Sol, Paseo de Recoletos, etc. There is a market across the street as is Spain's national cinema. The place was very comfortable and had everything you would need to cook, watch TV, radio/CD player, DVD player (Almodovar's movies are all there!), there's a library of Spain guidebooks & maps. The apartment has A/C, great bathroom. Spotless and very comfortable! Ignacio is EXTREMELY helpful and considerate. Highly recommended.

comments The great thing about the apartment was that it was so quiet - no strret windows. The apartment was light and airy and even though it was really hot, the through draft in the apartment kept it cool - no need to use the aircon. Ignacio was very helpful, especially with getting the luggage up all the stairs! The area was great - a local market across the road and plenty of good cheap food shops in the street, and the nearest metro station about 2 minutes walk away. I would certainly return here on my next visit to Madrid.

comments The apartment is clean, comfortable, and above all very quiet despite its central location. Metro is less than 2 mins away. There is a traditional market in the same street and also a Carrefour close by. The owner was helpful and was there to give me the keys even though I arrived quite late. One small niggle: the WiFi signal is a bit weak so drops out at times. However, I'd still recommend staying here.

comments We stayed for a few days in February. The apartment is in an excellent position for the art galleries and is clean and extremely quiet. Ignacio was both welcoming an helpful. All round good value.

comments The apartment was great - really nice & clean, and in a brilliant location. Ignacio - who owns the flat - is really kind & helpful. Our flight was delayed until 3am and he was still happy to come and give us the keys to get in. I would really recommend this place.

comments appartement tres bien situé, plein centre ville, appartement propre, bien amenagé, et calme, et le proprietaire tres sympa, le seul point faible: 4eme étage sans ascenseur, un peu dur avec les valises....sinon parfait pour qqes nuits à madrid et decouvrir la ville!!!

comments The apartment is small but very comfortable for 2 or possibly 3, but tight for 4. It is clean and well furnished with comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Although it is in a very central location close to the Metro, museums, and shopping, the apartment is very quiet and seems quite safe and secure. It has wireless internet access (bring your own laptop), but don't forget to ask for the access code. The owner is very courteous and helpful if you have any problems.

comments Apartment was very nice, practical and easy for living. Neighbourhood was good, very close to metro station and centre. My daughter and I, we had a great week in Madrid and in Santa Isabel. We really felt like home.

comments Quiet apartment in perfect location, near the metro, the St. Anna nightlife area and all the major sights. Clean, pleasant apartment with everything two people might need, including free wireless internet. No street view, but therefore also no street noise at night.

comments Absolutely fantastic - home from home - there's even cooking ingredients like salt oil etc which are always missing form self catering places. Next time in Madrid I'm definitely staying here again.

comments Es un piso tranquilo ya que da para los patios del edificio, limpio y comodo. Lo unico negativo es que nos molesto la luz que entraba por las ventanas de la habitacion y por el salon para dormir ; necesita cortinas que ocultan mas la luz. Por lo demas esta muy bien situado, ei dueño y su socio son muy amables.

comments The problem was construction noise throughout the day. We received some compensation, but really the apartment should niot have been rented during this period as it was nearly unusable for sleeping from 8 am to 8 pm throughout a good portion of the stay. Also, 4th floor with easy stairs was not really accurate. It really was tiring, hot, and long to go up and down stairs.
