Bien situado, primera planta, cocina equipada, espacioso y bien aislado del exterior.
No hay cobertura para el movil, vecinos algo ruidosos a veces.

We were very satisfied with the appartment. Fully equipped, great location in downtown, pretty spacious. I wish I could kill the neighbors though, they've been making noise. But overall, it was worth renting the place.

It was so simple to find the apartment when we got to Madrid, and we were met by one of the apartment representatives at the place, even though we were delayed by an hour. He was very friendly and we got ourselves settled straight away.
We had no problems with any of the apartment facilities or in the area we were staying, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip.

Great location in the centre of the gay district and easy walk to Prado and Thyssen-Bournemitsa museums. Apartment was spacious, quiet and well-equipped. Great value.

ubicacion muy comoda. Muy silencioso y centrico - para Problema : teneis que arreglal la ducha ( sale agua hasta el pasillo) Y dar la latapara que no depositen toda labasura de lamanzana en la pùerta. Pero merece lapena .

Located in the hart of the gay area, with its cosmopolitan lifestyle, this apartment has a location that cannot be beaten, walking distance to most thing, and very close to the underground for the rest. The apartment was clean and of a good size, the hand over for the key went very smoothly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
