We never got into the booked apt. because of an eviction situation and were upgraded to a better place. The agent named Charo was great

The owner had to change our apartment at the last minute but she was really friendly and the alternative apartment she found for us was great and in a fantastic area. She also left us 2 bottles of wine and reduced the price to compensate us! Overall, really happy.

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment and it was an important part of our pleasant trip to Madrid.
It is very well located and the amenities were just what were looking for.

The apt is decent without being great. It is really the location that makes up for the inadequacies of the apt itself. The mattress in the bedroom is unfcomfortable, there is no traditional oven in the kitchen just a microwave and the noise from the street can be quite loud. Make sure you have some ear plugs.
