comments We came as a family for a working trip to IFEMA, we had a rented car. The apartment is very near the IFEMA, as well as the airport. For us the place was perfect, we had a small child and the facilities connected to the apartment are great for children. We had a problem with the dishwasher but the guardian of blockhouse was available 24h a day, speacking english and very helpfull. Quite bad connected with public transportation and quite far from the center, it is very easy to move with own car also considering that there is the possibilty of parking the car in the underground garage of the house. The block house is very safe , very quiet, very well equiped, and even if it is near the airport and the highway, it is very well insulated and quiet.
