The apartment is in a great location but there were a few problems. The intercom does not work so getting in is a bit of a problem. Also there are cockroaches in the bathroom. However, for the price paid it is fine.

Perfect - able to walk to everywere from the appt. Near to bars / places to eat. Appt clean, great value for money and cool, person who met us was friendly and kind. All round great find, will be back if in Madrid again

j'aurais apprécié qu'un minimum de condiments (sel, poivre, épices, sucre, café) soient disponibles. Nous aurions aimé profiter encore plus de la cuisine. pour le remboursement de l'acompte, nous avons dû faire plusieurs appels téléphoniques car la personne ne s,est pas présentée à l'heure convenue. Lieu propre et de qualité. Agréable pour des vacances. Tous les équipements et accessoires de maison disponibles. Merci!

A wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. We really couldn't have asked for more. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere, the apartment had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is spacious and centrally located: you can walk to most places. There are bars and restaurants near and there is a supermarket just round the corner. The apartment is great value for longer stays and I would return there without hesitation. Only one snag is it doesn't have wi-fi. This is something that should be installed.

I stayed at Apartamento Sol. Its location is perfect, the apartment is very clean, pretty and has beautiful sunlight coming in every morning. The walls between apartments are not sound proof but neighbours are very good about keeping noise levels down. The owner and administrator are very polite and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

La decoracion y los muebles dejan algo que desear, la situacion es magnifica puesto que esta en el centro de madrid. Creo que deberian de pintar un poquito.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was ideally located, well equiped and more importantly it was clean. The only let down was that it looked a little bit shabby, a coat of paint would make a world of difference.

Everything seems fine except the electricity. Don´t expect to cook a great dinner at home. otherwise everyhing is clean and the location is great!
