The apartment was nice, clean, quiet and everything worked. The neighborhood was not good (sex shops on Calle Montera) but we were not bothered and everything was nearby. |

The appartment was excellent. The situation was perfect, very central with all the major sites nearby. The location of the flat in the private arcade meant that it was peaceful and calm at all times - it was great to escape from the heat and crowds into a littel oasis. Juan was very kind and helpful, the flat was well equipped, comfortable and a real little gem. I'd stay here again and recoomend it to all my friends. Thank you Madrid and Juan for an excellent stay. |

Muy bien situado pero muy tranquilo y muy limpio. Juanjo muy amable. Lo único en contra que son dos plantas y la escalera que las comunica un poco estrecha. |

We stayed for 4 nights and were absolutely enchanted with the duplex. It is right in the heart of Madrid (Sol), close to Metro and all major sights. But above all, we found the place very spacious, very comfortable for the 4 of us, well decorated and super clean. Juanjo, the owner, was very helpful with everything, a true gentleman. We strongly recommend the duplex, you will not regret the experience!! |

Nice quiet street. Smallish appartment, but clean and pratical. Juan was extremely helpful and friendly. Only downside - prostitutes near Gran Via, but they are harmless and the street the apartment is on is locked at night. |

The apartment was fantastic! The perfect size for 4 women and the excess baggage we brought along.

The apartment was very well kept (clean) & well equipped, and we had such a pleasant stay. The owners, Juan & Jose, were very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 10:30am but they waited for us in front of the building. The apartment is in the middle of the city near Sol (very convenient!), but we didn't hear a sound from the street! (only some sounds from the neighbors in the building but not bad at all.) We will definitely stay there if we get a chance to visit Madrid again and recommend the apartment to my friends. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Juan & Jose! |

We enjoyed our stay at Apartamento Duplex Tres Cruces. The owners, Juan Antonio & Juan Jose are very, very helpful. We know basic Spanish and they were very patient with us. They were very organized in that they have prepared a map showing where the apartment was and the nearby streets. We would recommend it to our friends. The location is very central and safe and nearby there are lots of restaurants & shops.

The apartment was very clean, quite spacious, secure and extremely well furnished, including a washing machine and cofee maker. It is in a very central position between Grand Via metro and Sol metro. However we could hear background noise from the cinema next door, but not too loud. We found the owners to be very helpful when we arrived and Juan returned to answer a small query very promptly when we rang him. I would recommend this apartment very highly. Great value for money, especially if you have three travellers, as we did. |

The apartment is in an ideal location, very central, just located off Gran Via and near Potra Del Sol. The apartment itslef was very clean and very well equiped. would highly recommend...excellent value for money. |

Superb location for "old Madrid" with a strong sense of security. Juan made it an extremely pleasant experience and was very understanding when my credit card company became wisely but overly protective. |
