Our family of 4 from Arizona -- mom, dad, son age 15, daughter age 12, stayed at Delicias 102 for 4 nights in mid-June 2008. We wanted to stay in an apartment and not a hotel, and based on location and price, this looked to be the best place by far. We called Alvaro as agreed when we arrived at Atocha station from Barcelona. He was at the door to meet us when we arrived by Metro. He was friendly and efficient in showing us everything. The apartment was comfortable, and we enjoyed having the full kitchen. It was nice to be in a "real neighborhood", and a small supermarket is less than a block away. Metro connections were convenient. Kids found the TV to be small, and no English language channels (oh, well -- that's not why we came to Spain). An issue when traveling is always laundry. There was a problem with the latch on the washing machine that we noticed on check-in. We were able to make it work. European washing machines are small, and we hung things all over the apartment to get them dry since there is no dryer.	report this review as inappropriate

Comfortable, good sized apartment for short stay and y handy for art galleries. No air con made it a bit noisy at night with windows open, on a busy road.	report this review as inappropriate
