I loved it and highly recommend the address. The appartment is clean, in a lovely building in the very center of Madrid. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is there: Livingroom with TV, small balcony, Kitchen (I used it a lot), WiFi, calm Bedroom and separate Bathroom with tub. Last but not least I'd like to mention the warm and friendly welcome by host Juan Carlos. Thank you!

This is a lovely clean, light appartment. Very comfortable and well equipped. Superbly situated in the centre of Madrid with easy access to all attractions.

This apartment was everything we were looking for and more! Just 2 flights up so with luggage it was really easy to get to. Extremely convenient to the metro and to the Puerta del Sol and some excellent shopping on the calle fuencarral.
When we arrived we were greeted and walked through the apartment and everything we would need to know regarding keys and cleaning etc...
We had no problems with the wifi or the TV and were very pleased to have a cabinet full of dishes along with a dishwasher! It allowed us to invite friends over for dinner which would not have been possible at a regular hotel.
I highly recommend the Apartamento Chueca Hortaleza and will definitely stay there again when I return to Madrid.

El apartamento es, simplemente, perfecto. Está situado en pleno centro, cerca de todo, pero pese a todo es muy tranquilo. Aunque la finca es antigua está reformada y el apartamento es muy cómodo y bonito. La reserva, entrega de llaves, etc. fue sencilla y práctica. Lo recomiendo sin vacilar.

The apartment was excellent and so centrally located. I'd definitely return and will recommend it to my friends. It felt like home from home!

Foi melhor do que eu esperava. O apartamento tem tudo o que é preciso para viver. Está num sitio fantástico, mesmo ao lado da Grã-Via, perto de tudo. O bairro que o rodeia tem imenso comércio e ao mesmo tempo é um apartamento sossegado. Muito bom mesmo. Além disso o preço é muito justo.

bello, pulito, dotato di ogni confort, centralissimo e in una delle zone più vive di Madrid...peccato solo che stessero restaurando l'edificio quindi un po' troppo rumoroso.

Our stay at the Apart. Chueca Hortaleza was absolutely perfert, despite the renovations to the exterior of the building. The workers never woke us up before 10 am. The location was the best, and the apartment itself clean and well stocked. Would most defintly stay again.

the overall stay was pleasent. the apartment provided all the necesities and it is situated in the hart of the city. points to improve: 1. the air condition there is only one at the living room and there should be one more at the bedroom. also it leeks and it is qwite annoying. 2. the entrence door should be fixed, it is imposible to loke it and on the first night policmen came to the apartment due to neghibors call.

Perfect location for restaurants, bars and site seeing.. 5 minute walk from downtown and Grand Via station. The apartment was clean and secure (required 3 keys to get in). Really cozy living room, big bedroom, decent sized bathroom with shower/tub. Free wireless. Run by English speaking landlord who sent a confirmation email with his phone in case of problems (which I had none). Rent must be paid in cash during check-in, but it wasn't a problem since I only stayed 4 days. I definitely would stay again.

The AP is very well located, distance by foot from every intersting corner of Madrid. The space is very cosy and confortable.

I much enjoyed my stay and the felexibility offered to me by Sñr Martin when I needed to extend my stay. The only other feedback I would offer is that it would be useful for the flat to have a fan (Ventilador) for the bedroom (or even Air conditioning) as it was quite warm. I would be happy to stay there again!
