Excellent communication with apartment owner upon arrival... Great location, in the heart of Chueca and five minutes walk from Gran Via. Loved the apartment...the living area was very spacious and cool. Was initially concerned before arriving that it would be too hot but there was air conditioning in the living room as well as a fan in one of the rooms. Perfect for short stay and would definitely stay here again next time I visit Madrid!! Thank you!

Apartment is in excellent location and handy for everything:shops, bars, restaurants, metro and ect.
Loved small balconies and most of all we loved 2 bathrooms wich for us 6 worked just brilliantly as we didn' t have to spend half of day waiting everybody get dressed. Definately would recomend it as we loved the apartment.
The only hiccup was about keys collection when at aranged in advance time nobody was in the apartment to let us in and give us keys, but we wrote it off for very "spanish time".

We had a very pleasant stay! The appartment was clean, everything we needed was there, and it was very close to the city centre. Perfect for a short city trip!

Realmente el apertamento está muy bién situado, pero uno de los cuartos de baño es muy pequeño y en una de las habitaciones no caben dos camas, por lo que realmente es para 5 personas, por lo demás muy bién, muy limpio y acogedor.

Estupenda, maravillosa, espectacular..sin necesidad de tomar el metro, para moverse por todo el centro de Madrid..limpia, Espaciosa, todo como para sentirse como en casa..y ademas de todo eso, un trato estupendo por parte del propietario.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Apartamento Augusto Figueroa sehr genossen, vor allem da wir mit 6 Personen 3 Schlafzimmer hatten. 2 Schlafzimmer sind zwar sehr klein, jedoch zum Innenhof. Das 3. Schlafzimmer und das große Wohnzimmer hat das Fenster zur Straße, in der einige Kneipen liegen. Die schon beschriebene Lautstärke kommt nicht von Autos sonderen von "lustigen" Kneipengängern.
Das Appartment ist einfach aber sauber. War für uns genau richtig und ist durchweg empfehlenswert.

The apartement was everything we expected, even more! It is in very center of the city. You can see all the important sights without using metro or any kind of public transportation. It was very spacious. There was six of us and everyone had their bed and clean towl. Kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything we needed. The lady who welcomed us was very plesent, though she couldn't speak a word of english. Luckily we knew a word or two of spanish, so we managed to understand each other. If you're interested in shopping this is a perfect neighbourhood. There are many stores around, especially for young people. The souvenirs shop are also everywhere. We enjoyed staying here very much, and I would recomend everyone, without doubt, to stay in this apartment!

Appartement en tous point conforme à la description et aux photos figurant sur le site. Les personnes qui nous ont rremis les clés sont très agréables. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé. Il est à préciser que la rue est très bruyante le soir et une bonne partie de la nuit. Malgré tout je le recommande.

We had an excellent time in Apto Augusto Figueroa: the hosts are very friendly, the apartment is big with 3 bedrooms, big living with flat screen TV, internet connection, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for small group of friends or family (3-4 persons). As commented in earlier reviews the bedroom at the street side is noisy, especially during weekends, due to the club opposite of the apartment, but that is the only small negative point. Great location in the center of Madrid, walking distance to subway, Gran Via, Sol, shopping area, Chueca, good restaurants and night live.

The apartment was really great: sun-bathed, spacious, fully equipped, very warm, in a very central and convenient position.
However it is not recommended for families because of the sound sometimes during the night.
Next time that I am going to visit Madrid I will definitely choose this apartment.

Hemos pasado una buena estancia en el apartamento ,está muy bien equipado y totalmente céntrico, y bien comunicado con el metro. El único inconveniente como comentan otros huéspedes es el ruido de la calle durante la noche, pero con unos buenos tapones solucionado.

The apartment was well situated and we found that we walked to many of the sights. We travelled with a family of 5 having 3 teenage daughters and we found that the apartment was big enough. We found that it was very noisy of an evening, in particular, but if you were keen to go out of an evening like many of locals this wouldn't be a problem. The apartment was heated, as we were there during January, but the heating was too hot and we found it difficult to turn it down.

The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Chueca. Lots of stores and shops nearby. Apartment is spacious and has 2 nice bathrooms. The only downside was the telephone wouldn't work so no internet access. A great place to stay at a reasonable rate

This is a great place to stay. Very convenient to all the bars and shops.
It is a large apartment that easily accommodated all our needs.

Great apartment - very central and easy to get around. Close to funkier shops as well as main shopping area. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean, and the lady who checked us in and out was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Great value for money! The only slight criticism is that there was some noise in the street outside - but only occasionally. Overall the value for money and the location balanced that out.

The apartment was well equipped to a high specification, I would however add some privacy curtains to the bathrooms and main bedroom.
Although the are is a little noisy it is central for all major amenities, tourist sights and high class shopping.

Very nice apt, the man who met us was very nice and helpful. The apt was clean and well epuipped but the street outside was VERY noisy (people shouting in the nights- all nights) and woke us all up several times every night.
