The location is so perfect that you might not even have to use the metro. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the check in process is so easy. This is my only place to stay in Madrid!!!

Centrally located. Our contact (Mariel) had good English and was very helpful. Very much appreciated air conditioning, power shower and dishwasher. Apartment nice and well equipped. Excellent stay.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. This is a great apartment on a quiet street right in the heart of Madrid. Thanks to Nathalie and Isabel for being wonderful hosts. This is a great option for a home away from home if you are travelling with children.

The flat was first class, very nice, but the noise was not good, people above played drums, people to the left played saxophone. Noise from the street Friday Saturday night was continuous all night, impossible to sleep at all. would I stay again, NO WAY. It's a shame as it was a nice apartment, clean and tidy. Could have done with leaving extra bedding for a 2 week stay.

Lovely flat in an excellent location. A quiet street in a very central location with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Recommended.

Really great apartment in fantastic location. We loved being able to walk to everything: museums, cafes, tapas, shopping. The location is very central but is on a quiet street away from all the noise. The apartment is very cozy and really comfortable. Don't bother looking for anything else in Madrid. This is it! We can't wait to return and stay there again!

Excellent apartment in a brilliant location. The apartment was spacious, well equiped, comfortable and stylish. It was within 5 minutes walk of Plaza Santa Ana, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants even nearer. We received an excellent service from Isabel, who met us promptly outside the apartment and showed us round. She also booked a taxi to the airport for us on our last day. Couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough.

The apartment and its location exceeded all my expectations, it was so easy and safe to walk to all the major sights.i travelled alone with my 2 children and they were really happy that they could pop out at any time and buy bread, or any other food without having to walk far at all. The interior of the apartment was everything it said in the blurb,a fantastic trip and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to see Madrid.

fantastic apartment, great location and just like a home away from home. Nathalie has thought of everything and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside would be that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Apart from that, fantastic.

The internal bedrooms were a little stuffy at night time, unless the doors were left open, which reduced privacy. Otherwise the apartment was great - very stylish and excellently located in the middle of Madrid. The proprietor made us feel very welcome and she helped us in lots of ways - very kind.
