comments Excellent place to stay, perfect location BUT we waited for 5hrs outside the door as there was some serious miss communication within the company, turned out the lady that was supposed to let us in was asleep in the apartment with her phone off!! The boss made the trip in to let us in was extremely apologetic and gave us a discount so was great, would still recommend

comments Apartment was in a good location, very close to Puerta del Sol, but the street was noisy at night. The apartment was fine for 1 or 2 people, but would be very cosy with more...The apartment wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Overall, a good experience and I would use it again.

comments En general disfrute mucho mi estadía en el apartamento pues está ubicado en un buen lugar, sin embargo, me enfadó que la calefacción no funcionara muy bien y que no tuviera un mínimo de productos de aseo: gell para el cuerpo, shampoo y jabón para lavar los platos, teniendo en cuenta que mi estadía allí seria tan solo por un par de noches.

comments The apartment was located in the most perfect position. Only a maximum of 10 minutes walk to any tourist site. Also, the amount of restaurants in the street was great - so many choices right at our doorstep. The apartment was small and cosy, maybe a little too small for 3 people, but when only used for sleeping, it was perfect.

comments Only problem was we were given the wrong address to meet, and had to be escorted over to the place we were actually staying. It was very late at night and we had to organise to meet our friends the next day elsewhere as they then had the wrong address too.

comments Allthough we were not expecting a big apartment it was smaller than the photos led me to believe. The overall standard was good. The decor was nice and the Location was SUPERB! however i do feel the cleaning was a little less than great.

comments The apartment was perfect. Central location, great tapas bars just a stones throw from the building and lovely interior. Not too noisy and a really comfy bed - which was important when you experience Madrid's infamous nightlife!

comments It was a very nice apartment, but there was a lot of noice from the apartment above... and also from the street. But the apartment was very close to everything and to the metrostation.

comments Comfortable, clean and quiet. Excellent location for tourists. It should be pointed out that it currently takes 1 hour to get from Terminal 4 in the Airport to the city centre.

comments Very good situation in heart of city. Studio smaller than expected though adequate for short stay. On arrival would have liked to have been shown how to work washing machine etc. and studio could have been a bit cleaner, though nothing major. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed stay.

comments There were no problems at all. The appartment is in the heart of the city, pleasant, freshly renovated, with all necessary equipment in the kitchen, airconditioning etc., but also with some noise during the night. However, this is unavoidable in Puerta del Sol... Highly recommented! Sofia and Kostas from Greece
