Algo alejado del centro de Madrid, pero muy cercano a parada del metro Arturo Soria. Limpieza bien, comodo, en zona tranquila, sobre todo en fin de semana.

A basically good hotel- clean and comfortable. The rooms by the stairwell are rather noisy b/c of people going up and down stairs/elevator. I got there late the first night & the person at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful- I travel a lot and he was the nicest I've encountered. He even looked up bus routes for me on google. The room itself was somewhat cold because the window wasn't well insulated, and the second night there was a problem with the TV and the person at the front desk told me she'd call back in a minute & then took over an hour to go to my room and fix it, and then didn't apologize at all.

La habitacion 202 tiene las cortinas demasiado altas del suelo, por consiguiente, hace un frio toda la noche que pela... he estado muy incomodo...

Debería poner el nombre de HOTEL en la entrada, pues nos costó enocntrarlo, no tiene pinta de hotel. Muy bonito por fuera. Un poco frío por dentro, deberían poner algo de calefacción para la época en la que estamos. Te piden un depósito para el mando a distancia, cosa que deberían decir antes. Por lo demás, bien, limpio y espacioso. También creo que deberían habernos dado la opción de darnos a elegir entre camas dobles o una de matrimonio, pero nos tuvimos que conformar con la doble.

Hola,
Necesitamos el hotel para la feria y la verdad es que se agradece encontrar un buen hote, cercano a la feria, con un autobús en la puerta que te deja en la puerta Norte de IFEMA por 1?. Las habitaciones perfectas, muy limpias, con mini bar, conexión a internet y el aseo también muy completo, nuevo y limpio. Lástima que no entrara el desayuno con el precio.

Friendly service and clean rooms, but management insisted on charging a missed night after our flight was delayed due to bad weather (even though we contacted them as soon as we knew we would miss the first night). Bad policy, as customers can't control the weather.

No tiene bar ni restaurante donde poder comer o cenar, solo para el desayuno.
El mando a distancia de la Tv hay que solicitarlo en recepcion.
El pago es por adelantado.

El hotel está bastante bien, muy limpio, en recepción son muy agradables, las camas y el baño muy bien,hay una boca de metro en la puerta y si vas en coche se puede aparcar fácilmente.Repetiremos.

El hotel esta bién, el baño es espacioso. No tienen plancha para prestarte y tienen pocas habitaciones con camas dobles.

good, clean basic hotel. The publicity doesn't make it clear, but they do do breakfasts and any other means are from the pizza home delivery service (the hotel don't give help). Few local eating facilities
