comments 1. rooftop terrance was booked twice during my short stay - it is one of the reasons i chose the hotel 2. rooms could do with some refurbishment. a bit fusty and bland for a hotel at the price level. 3. i like that there is no overhead light in the room. i also recognise i am in the minority. i suspect most guests would want more light....

comments We came from hong kong for a family reunion and holiday. the location was great . The atmosphere was really nice . the concierge service was excellent . all the staff was very helpful indeed.we love the breakfast which was delicious and very healthy and we were able to have a relaxing time to chat with our children. It was value for money.i would stay there a second time.

comments Splendid situation above the city's center created after 1755 und well preserved. The view is almost panoramic. This hotel fullfills enterely my wife's and my own expectations.

comments O quarto é espaçoso, cómodo e muito confortável. O terraço e a vista são estupendos. Os funcionários prestáveis, competentes e simpácticos. Só passei uma noite e não usufrui de outros serviços do hotel, mas fiquei apaixonado e já o recomendei a outros. Obrigado

comments O Hotel tem excelente localização bem ao lado do Elevador da Justa e no coração nobre o Chiado. O atendimento de TODOS os seus profissionais foi extremamente cordial e prontos a responder qualquer questão sobre o hotel e pontos de interesse na cidade. Seus quartos são amplos, arejados, limpos, móveis novos e muito bem decorados. Classificaria o hotel como altamente recomendável.
