my husband and i booked in for a relaxing break to get away from the christmas madness and that is exactly wha we got.from the food to the rooms and i couldnt but comment on the spa it wa sheer luxury and would definately give it the tumbs up i gurantee you ,you will not be disappointed!!!!!	report this review as inappropriate

The staff in the both the hotel and spa were extremely professional and helpful. In the spa they were both extremely helpful and pleasant. The book assist asked what time you will arrive at the hotel and although we said 2 pm ad arrived at 3.30 pm the room was not ready, it was not a major problem as we went to the bar and had a drink whe we waited but if I had to find a fault this was the only one.	report this review as inappropriate

Spa was excellent. Service was good on the first night, but poor on the second night. Families placed in rooms right above the bar/function room area, so sleepless nights were unavoidable.	report this review as inappropriate

While staying at the Radisson SAS Hotel and Spa Limerick I found the whole experience to be very enjoyable. The Staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful. From the moment I entered the hotel I found the athmosphere very relaxing and I would have no hesitation in staying there again.	report this review as inappropriate

I was not inpressed that children where allowed in the dinning room in the evening asn let run round while people where trying to have their dinner, they could have been burnt by one of the waiters carrying hot plates. The tables where also very close together and we could not have a private conversation. Food was Fab!	report this review as inappropriate

shaky start at first, 40 min. wait before room ready, then directed to an unmade room! It was a language misunderstanding, not a great start! After that all went perfectly, we were offered a later check out time to compensate, 2hrs. Spa wonderful, girls in treatments area very nice. Food at hotel excellent. Especially as an offer! It would have been nice to have some musical entertainment in bar or hotel foyer after evening meal. My husband and I both commented on apparent team spirit of staff, all friendly and seemed to get along together well. Good break!!	report this review as inappropriate

We were more than impressed with the hotel both in terms of lay out, service, cleanliness etc and would definitely consider returning in the near future. The Renaissance Spa was superb although the appointments were a bit delayed on the day due to staff out sick. The service nonetheless was excellent and we were really taken care of.	report this review as inappropriate

Nice hotel, good facilities,Reception Staff aloof ,felt I was interrupting them. Breakfast staff excellent as indeed breakfast is. No resident's bar,didn't like sitting in the lobby.	report this review as inappropriate
