Beautiful room, extremely attentive & friendly staff. Delicious food. Only issue was being woken up a number of times during the night by noisy residents out on the corridors. Aside from that a very pleasant stay.

The service in the Landmark was exceptional, from reception to the bar to the waitressing staff.
The room was lovely, and very comfortable.
My only complaint is that the rooms towards the front of the hotel are noisy from traffic. This takes away from an toherwsie perfect stay.

The hotel room was very clean. It was also warm which was good considering the recent cold weather. I would certainly recommend the hotel to friends.

We had a very enjoyable week-end in your hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had noisey guests in the room next door who came in at 4a.m. which was not pleasant.

We thought the breakfast was lovely but the delivery charge of €5 per person was quite expensive compared with other hotels we have stayed in.

The only things that disappointed were (i) the need for refurbishment in the hallways of the upper floors, the wallpaper was scuffed from trolleys and could do with brightening, the carpets were spotless but could do with modernising and the wood trim around the lift access was dangerously splintered. The bedroom furniture could be modernised, it was spotless but needs updating to suit the very modern image of the hotel from the outside. The bathroom panels were slightly swollen from water ingress. Otherwise a very positive experience, food and service were excellent. Staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. A credit to management and staff.

Very pleasant hotel, but as I arrived late and left vearly next morning, I did not really hav etime to sample. I was really impressed with the green Thai curry which I had in the restaurant. Rooms were clean and good.

Everything was perfect...the room, the set up for our on-site meeting (~55 people), the food, and the cheerful and courteous staff.

We both found the staff friendly and helpful. On the Saturday there was a wedding in the hotel however there was still an air of calm and attention from the staff, despite the large volume of guests we found ourselves relaxing from the city pace. Hot breakfast is served to order which I thought was great, as we were late down but were served fresh food rather than food kept warm.
