comments Food in the restaurant was excellent but we were disappointed with the room - it was very small and didn't live up to our expectations of a 4-star hotel.

comments We had a very pleasant stay. The food was great and there was plenty which satisfied my brother. My mother was staying too and as she was just recovering from a broken hip we were a bit concerned on how we would manage but we asked for a room to accommodate a wheelchair. Our room had a walk in shower and the room was very spacious. The only grip was trying to enter the hotel main doors. Also the room door which we know has to be a fire door but I think if a hook was fixed to it, it would have benefitted a disabled person if they had to let themselves in to the room on their own. I would like to comment and pass on my congratulations to Deirdre on the front desk who was so kind and helpful, we all talked about her on our journey home. Thank you Deirdre for all your help with Mum. We will definitely visit again and I would not hestitate to recommend the hotel and beautiful surroundings.

comments Nice place. Good reception from the Manager. Very clean and lots of parking. We arrived late so we missed the village shops etc. On the downside it is too pricey for where and what it is.

comments This hotel is great for a week-end away. The food is fantastic and the bar is very pleasant to relax in. The leisure centre is excellent with a superb outside hot tub.

comments Service in the restaurant was unacceptable. We waited an hour for our meal to arrive on one of the nights. I spoke to others who were also fed up with the long wait. Also the menu we were offered had only three starters and three/ four main courses to choose from. This is not 4 star standard in my opinion. I've never seen such a limited menu. Not good enough!!

comments The dinner menu could be varied a little better. Children should not be allowed in dining room after certain time. Some unusual places to visit, but signposted is very bad. The staff in your hotel helped to make our stay very enjoyable.

comments The hotel exceeded my expectations by far. The hotel rooms are fantastic and very modern, the restaurant and its food was out of this world and the facilities were perfect. The bar had a lovely ambiance also which made for a completley relaxing break. The only downside would be the fact that the jacuzzi is outside and with the irish weather being the way it is, it wasn't possible to use it every day but that can't be helped I suppose.

comments This is a first class new hotel in a rural but lovely area overlooking Lough Allen. The rooms are very well appointed. The views are spectacular and the food is gorgeous with very attentive waiting staff. Some of the TV channels don't work.
