The reception staff were absolutely wonderful - always friendly and helpful without intruding at all. Any questions I had about hotel services or directions to places in the area were gladly answered. Access to the gym was fantastic and again the staff there were really wonderful. They made a relatively lengthy work stay far more fun and were always happy to call to confirm whether classes were going ahead or to encourage me to go along to a class that might be fun. The Coffee Bean restaurant is absolutely lovely. Great food and accomodating service. The room was clean and comfortable and well equipped with coffee, tea, ironing board, television (though perhaps more channels would not be turned down...). The room was always cleaned beautifully and without my ever coming across anyone doing it! Wifi didn't extend as far as my room, which was disappointing - had to go out to the corridor by the lift to go on the internet, not ideal! The only thing that was below the very high standard of the hotel was the breakfasts - sometimes lacking in vareity and more modern options at the buffet (more vareity of breads, fruits, seeds, nuts, cold fish etc).

We were very pleased with the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. We had a generous size room with a very comfortable bed. Everywhere was spotllessly clean. We enjoyed the leisure pool and visited the pub which had live music. We would stay again.

The heritage was a very friendly run hotel and staff were very helpful and informational a 5 min walk to the main st and had all the facilities needed for a good R and R break away

The staff at the hotel was excellent we very welcoming and helpful throught my stay. The food the very good and I really couldnt fault anything. The rooms were great, very spacious and very clean.

I arranged a 60th surprise birthday party for my husband. The staff were excellent (including assisting me with my lies!). I can't speak highly enough of the hotel, they just can't do enough for you. I also got a follow up call from the hotel afterwards enquiring if everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel and from the feedback from my guests they would too.

The hotel is charming, clean and comfortable. There was a huge choice for the breakfast buffet, and our meal at the Italian Restaurant was wonderful. We had a lovely stay, and it was great value too.
