This hotel exceeded expectations, from the cheery staff to location and comfort of the room. The leisure centre attached to the hotel is better than many hotels in this class. All in all, excellent value and we will be returning!

Room was absolutely lovely, the restaurant downstairs was fantastic, staff very helpful. Only thing I can criticise them for was that they didn't have a fax machine!

Reception staff not the friendliest. The Voucher system for breakfast is ridiculous especially as the reception staff stood and watched as people went to have breakfast in the restaurant only to be sent back to reception for a voucher! Why they could not have given the voucher as the customer passed reception en route to brerakfasr or at lease put a sign up to inform customers that they needed a voucher for breakfast. I sat and watched each and every customer having to be sent back to reception for a voucher. It was very unprofessional and irritating for the customer. I intended bringing it to the attention of reception but as they were prncipally responsible for the situation I saw little point. Also a "Good Morning" as we passed reception would have been nice. The receptionist had her head stuck in the computer and completely ignored us! These little things make all the difference!!!
