Satisfied with the hotel except the location of our room - found that we were so near the Waterford Road, it was quite noisy from a traffic point of view - we had not anticipated this prior to booking. |

I have stayed twice this year at this Hotel and both times had a really enjoyable time, staff very friendly, food nice, and great leisure facilities, great location and second time round, still could not fault the Hotel |

The room we stayed in was extremely cold also the beds were not made every day,the top cover was perfect but the bottom sheet was not touched and remained crumpled for the 3 nights. |

Very friendly atmosphere. Staff very pleasant and cordial; food sat easy on the tongue and the "self serve" breakfast's went down a treat! |

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our only complaint is that the foyer area was very cold, and while many people complained about this nothing was done.It would have been lovely to sit here have a coffee and read our books. Everywhere else was lovely and warm. Food was gorgeous in both dining room and bar. |
