comments The food was terrible but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice but the mattresses were not that comfortable. All in all an ok place to stay but could be improved upon with minimal effort.

comments We upgraded our room for an extra 10euro which was well worth it and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the New park. Dinner was a little disappointing and the bar wasnt very atmospheric, but it was a Monday night. The spa treatment I recieved was fantastic and the girls in the spa were lovely. Overall an enjoyable experience, one I would definately repeat!!

comments the staff could not do enough for us, they were geniune and very helpful, and we would have no hesitation returning to this hotel , thanks again to the newpark hotel for a an extremely pleasant stay both myself and my hubby enjoyed it.

comments Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly & helpful, room was clean & very comfortable, restaurant & food were great and we were within minutes to Kilkenny. Would choose this hotel again

comments The hotel was unable to cope with the volume of people staying - dinner was booked out and there was a 1/2 hour q for breakfast.

comments The hotel was spotless and very well laid out. The service was excellent and the staff were very efficient. The food in the restaurant was define and the service perfect. The bar is lovely and relaxed. The whole package was excellent and we really would recommend the hotel to anyone.

comments Very Enjoyable Stay Rooms Food Service were all to a very high standard. Only negetative comment was that it was a very cold night and no fires were lit in the lobby area or residence bar.

comments Overall hotel is nice. Triple room was nice. Leisure centre could do with being updated and modernised. Bar was quiet nice, however the restaurant was very disappointing and not good value for money.
