	The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed out meal in the bistro on the first night and breakfast was very good on both mornings. Perhaps the reception area could be re-decorated, it appeared a little grubby on first appearances. Overall a very nice stay, with good service and friendly staff.

	We found the hotel absoutely perfect for the needs of a family on a city break. The restaurant's food was the nicest we had tasted in many years! We were pleasantly suprised at how good the hotel was for the budget prices we paid.

	The hotel is in a good location, close to the city. The staff were helpful and the restaurant food was delicious. We extended our stay longer than initially planned.

	On arrival into the hotel the kettly was missing, but this was quickly replaced by reception. the TV was dodgy and kept changing channels and flicking between the dvd player and tv. Also the light above the shower flckers when you are in the shower. Apart from this, the room was very clean and confortable and the food was excellent.

	The hotel needs a proper entrance from the main road. The food that was served on the first night of our stay was not very good. This maybe because the waitress did not have a good understanding of english.

	I liked the hotel but just some observations: 1) Play area for kids would be nice 2) No mini bar and no room service - couldn't believe either of these 3) No sky sports or setanta sports - seeing as we were 2km from the city you'd think this would be a no brainer 4) A walkthrough to the main road with a proper path, having to go the other way takes double the time

when we arrived back to the hotel on sat afternoon the big window in our room had been left open by housekeeping and we were on the ground floor as our safe wasnt working any thing could have been robbed.also the barmaid did not know how to make a kalipso coffee and o didnt think the menu was very varied.also the bar was not left open for people who were staying.i dont think we would recommend your hotel or stay there again!

	We had a really lovely stay at Days in Kilkenny. We booked the 2 nights B&B for ?199. The food was great and the room was fab!! Excellent cleanliness and service.

	Liked the hotel but was unfortunate that the weekend I stayed I was next door to a stags party so Saturday night was quite loud. Self Service breakfast is a bit chaotic and didn't think there was much choice on the dinner menu. But overall I thought it was fine, it suited our needs and the staff were very friendly.

	room was good size, comfortable and clean. Only complaint was the persistent knock on the door at 8.45 as we had it locked, It was the room maid asking did we want our room serviced that day. Breakfast very good. but set dinner menu not as varied as main menu. Desk staff very good. Could do with a walkway from hotel entrance to roundabout for walking into city centre.

	We have only one complaint. Other guests returning to the hotel at 2-3am shouting and making noise. Nobody from the hotel staff did anything to ensure they kept the noise down.

I found this hotel to be great. Staff were extremley helpful and at all times went out of their way to help.I was slightly dissapointed with the restaurant, i think the menu and ambience need a little work but prices were reasonable. Breakfast on the other hand was great. Location of the town is slightly out,(5 minute taxi drive) but reception were more then happy to organise taxis. Usually cost ?8 one way into town.I would certainly stay in this hotel again, good value for money and the hotel rooms didnt let us down either.

	Found the Hotel to be in very good location (as long as you have your own transport). Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with very good menu for dinner also. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyones stay in Kilkenny.

	Rooms were lovely but felt misled by the promotion of a resident's bar, expecting it to be avaialble to residents to relax in after a night out. Be warned that the bar closes at 2am.

	Beautyful Hotel, Spotlessly Clean, Food was fab. Too quiet,there was no entertainment, heating system broke down in room for a few hours, it was very cold, they did give us a free drink to compensate.

	The hotel was almost brand new, so the rooms are lovely and the facilities are great. It was a fair way out of the main part of town and it was fairly expensive considering its location.

	The Hotel was fresh modern and extremely clean. The service was excellent and the room had every ammenity you could want. The breakfast was excellent offering both a traditional cooked breakfast and continental. The hotel bar was very pleasant with lots of comfortable chairs to relax in.
