Rooms were fabulous and quiet at night time, despite there being a wedding. Bars and restaurants were lovely, and hotel was in a great location |

We bookes four rooms in the hotel. It was a family occassion, my mother and fathers 30th wedding anniversary. We had arranged for a bottle of champagne to be placed in my parents room on arrival which was done, but when my parents went to check in the receptionist informed them " oh yours is the room with the champagne in it" and so totally ruining the surprise. When we checked in our room key was already activated and the receptionist sais come back to me if there is somebody all ready in your room, not very professional. Later due to this in the bar our room was allocated to somebody else and the barman was very rude and wouldnt serve us. The manager was very helpful and sorted the problem out for us. So overall reception very disappointing for a hotel of its standard but we did have a pleasant stay dispite all the mishaps! Elaine Reid |
