We booked the Travel Inn as we were travelling from the UK on business at very short notice. Due to delays we arrived late on Sunday evening we were given a warm welcome by the manager and a hot drink in the bar. the rooms were warm, fresh and had all we needed. Meals can be served in the bar, restaurant or your room and are well prepared and priced. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. I would stay again and as I have been back and forth to Ireland since 1995 I wish on occasions I had before. Many Thanks to you all. Caroline W

Fantastic stay - rooms very clean, lots of space and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again when we are next in Killarney. We had a suite as have 2 young children and the space was a god send. Would have been great to have a hob in the kitchen area to be able to make the children pasta or similar.

We had a lovely time, the staff were extremely helpful and the family suit was perfect for our needs. We will definately be coming back. A gem of a hotel for families with small children.

Nice big bedrooms, friendly staff. No tea making facilities in the room though, which is unusual.

Having recently stayed at The Travel Inn, I was supprised to find it so spacious and of such high quality for the price we paid. The staff couldn't of being more helpful. The fact that you also have full use of the leisure facilities at the Gleneagle is a huge attraction for the kids. The breakfast too was great. I will definately stay here again and have already recommended it to all my friends and family.

An out of season stay on business meant that the hotel was very quiet, but the staff went out of their way to look after me. The restaurant was closed out of season, which would have been nice to know in advance as I arrived starving hungry, but the receptionist found me somewhere to eat, so I can't really complain! The room was spotlessly clean and of a nice standard, on a par with a Premier Inn rather than a Travelodge (UK travelers will understand the comparison). I think the price was very reasonable - I would have paid more for the room. Overall, very good. I would certainly recommend the place.

The barman and receptionist are really lovely - the room was a long way down a corridor from the lift and considering it was so quiet I was put at a room at the back of the hotel - a room with a view would have been lovely and it was very quiet so surely there was availability?? The food was excellent - pasta portion huge - great lovely foreign barman and friendly locals - didn't have breakfast - room was good - overall happy and excellent value for money and good location

staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was sublime especially the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. the only slight negative being the sofas, they had virtually no backs. We all had a very enjoyable stay and will return whenever possible.
