comments i was so happy with the service and facilities in the travel inn in fossa killarney that i can't wait to return. i was lucky enough to stay in one of the two bedroom suites which i shared with my husband and two small children. the extra bedroom and living room space made our stay so comfortable. this is the first time i can say we all slept while on a family break. everyone of us felt comfortable and relaxed. the household staff were professional and friendly and most welcoming and friendly.

comments My friend and i stayed in the travel inn for the weekend in October 21st to 23rd October ,the lady at the reception was very friendly , the rooms very clean and the bathroom was spotless. the food was good ,the staff over all very extremely friendly. i must say i would return , Marion Madden

comments I was very impressed overhearing a member of staff managing another customer who had an issue with something; it really sounded like the staff member was concerned about the other customer's issue and was genuine about sorting it out. I really liked that because I have sometimes felt that when staff ask for feedback on something, it is just lip-service, part of the policy, but they don't really care. This seemed quite genuine though. It was like a friend talking to a friend rather than a stranger talking to a customer. I was pleased that the sunday breakfast stayed open later than was suggested in some of your leaflets. Initially I thought that breakfast finished at 10am, which is really not what you want on a weekend away where it's also nice to get a bit of a sleep in. However, I recall it was open well after 10 so that was nice.

comments The rooms where great, but the atmosphere in the restaurant is poor, also there was a hurry to expulse us after the dinner. The employees seemed very stressed. The dinner was well, but we expected a la carte and not a fixed menu.

comments Really liked the rooms, the staff and the Atmosphere, only things that i would fault about this hotel is that its a little bit far out of Killarney Centre, and the Bar has no games or Pool table to play with your Mates. But that is all i could Fault about this Hotel. All nin all a very nice Place to Stay..

comments We really enjoyed our stay in the Valley suites but i was disappointed that there was no tea making facilitys in the room, they did have it in the lobby but its not the same. the meal in the evening was lovely but its unusual they had no steak on the menu. our room was lovely and the decor was lovely.

comments I had never heard of the Valley Suites before seeing them online, so didnt know what to expect. The hotel itself completely exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definately be staying there for my next trip to Killarney.

comments The suites are very well set up for families. you have all the independence of self catering with the bonus of hotel type facilities on hand- restaurant, breakfast, room service, bar. Suites to the front of the building have lovely views of Gap of Dunloe etc.
