comments Nice hotel and excellent venue for the wedding we were attending. Staff very friendly and helpful. Impressed with the food that wsa served at the evening meal. Rooms fairly standard but clean.

comments My wife and I have stayed in Scotts Hotel in Killarney on several occasions, and have always found it very much to our liking in terms of comfort, the welcoming helpfulness of staff, and its convenient location. I thoroughly recommend it.

comments My husband and I stayed at scotts jan 13 and 14 . He had booked a suite as a treat for my birthday. Few days before trip hotel told us there was a plumbing prob in suite section on the friday night and did offer us a suite in Breton instead. As we wanted to stay in centre of town we declined and asked to be moved to the suite on sat morning. Have to say the staff were lovely in Scott's.. No complaints there at all. Only complaint is the bedding. . Sheets were rather hard on the skin and only a thin blanket over the sheet... Not as comfy as should be for a deluxe suite. Other than that good location.. And had lovely weekend

comments I have never had such attentive service while staying at a hotel before i stayed at Scotts Hotel. The staff were so friendly and always went above and beyond to assist me in any way they could; i was especially grateful for the kindness and helpfulness shown to me by Annette at the reception - she was nothing less than exceptional in making sure i was constantly happy while staying at the hotel. Will most definitely recommend to anyone i know heading to Killarney and can't wait to return there in the near future. Thank you all for making my holiday as enjoyable as possible! :)

comments killarney is a beautiful town and so is scots hotel great hotel to stay in we were more than pleased with our stay there just 2 small gripes breakfast should be full buffet and small fridges need to be installed in the bedrooms as milk and other perishable items go sour very quickly all european destinations have full buffet breakfasts regards des

comments Central location, courteous and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, great breakfast, overall excellent value for money, but as I did mention to the receptionist on checking out, I found the matress very hard, as a result my shoulder was extremely painful for 4 days and ended up taking painkillers for the pain, but this wouldn't stop me returning. I've stayed before with my husband and children, this time was for a girly break away and would definitely stay again. My friend says she'll definitely be returning aswell, the complimentary parking and central location makes it an ideal place to stay for a shopping weekend. Scotts is a credit to the O'Donoghue Group.

comments Lovely rooms and helpful service. The parking is extremely handy, and its location is perfect for exploring Killarney. I would say that the room was quite cold, and I would recommend better blankets than the brown flannel ones used, as they were quite irritating on the skin, and not very comfortable at all. Otherwise, very enjoyable, will definitely return.

comments The reception to your hotel was stellar. The agent made us feel welcome and was very accomodating and provided lots of helpful information. The room was a bit odd with the multiple doors. But the view and size were fantastic. The bedspread was a bit old style and a bit dingy - that could be updated. But appreciated the couch for some relaxation. The showere is a bit small. The towels were a bit scarce. But the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large. The breakfast the next morning was very nice. However we did have a bad experience in your bar - we had a wait a bit for our room to be ready and the servers and bartenders were non existent and when they eventually showed there were not friendly and actually gave us dirty looks.

comments restaurant food excellent.bar food dissapointing, especially the fish,which was a frozrn product and available readily around town.whilst well supported, a little more thought and effort would make your bar food menu more interesting and be a cut above the rest. staff and everything else was a1 and we enjoyed our stay. this was not our first visit to scotts and have no problem recommending it to others or returning myself.

comments The first thing I must mention and that sticks out most for my stay was the breakfast and the food in general at the hotel. It was one of the Best breakfast I ever had at a hotel. Everything you could want and imagine was there; from the freshest of fruit to the hottest of smoked rashers. The service from staff in the hotel topped our stay off as it was second to none and the rooms were impeccable. Really modern and the best possible base you could have for exploring the delights of Killarney. Will definitely be revisiting soon.
