The Riverside was much better then my expectations especially as the hotel is newly refurbished. I was in killarney with my boyfriend and two other couples and we were all very pleased with the hotel and its rooms. The staff were also very friendly.	report this review as inappropriate

We stay in riverside any time we visiit Killarney and find staff ,food hospility and hotel really lovely. Alsoo recommended it to our son John who resides in Sweden and his family stayed there last August and were delighted with their stay and the hospitility.	report this review as inappropriate

This is a beautiful hotel, nicely appointed rooms and lobby. The meal at their restaurant is one of the top ten I've ever had on the road, and I travel a great deal. The price was more than reasonable. Everything was impeccably clean. I will stay here every time I travel in the area.	report this review as inappropriate

there was a murder myster weekend on the weekend we booked in. we did not know this and were not told. They really took over the hotel for the weekend!!	report this review as inappropriate

The only comment I would have is that the family room we stayed in outside our windows were the boilers for the heating I presume we were on the second floor room 215 I think and they tended to be very noisey even during the night so that was the only issue I had as we had 2 kids with us and with the noise they found it hard to sleep	report this review as inappropriate

I found the hotel very welcoming and comfortable, the idea of the 2 quarter bottles of wine on arrival was a nice added touch! The hotel is in a good location and easily accessible to town and other tourist sites.I found the service in the hotel very good. Very good value hotel. Had dinner on 2 nights of out stay and found food and service excellent. Breakfast good as well. Nice spacious airy marble lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby, staff very pleasant and helpful great location for INEC and town centre. Only disappointment was breakfast which was not what one expected, selection of fruit was poor and what was there was not ripe. Very nice hotel: staff were very friendly & hardworking, always smiling & anxious to help. The room was clean & comfortable, not all channels on the TV were tuned in. The food was delicious and great value for money & the breakfast menu covered all tastes. The treatments were excellent. Our room was lovely. There was information regarding the heating system which was hidden so the room was uncomfortably hot during the night. Our evening meal was excellent. We would certainly stay in the Riverside Hotel again and would have no hesitation in recommending The Riverside Hotel to friends or family.
