I was very satisfied with the accomodations. The hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite which gave us more room for the three of us. We also enjoyed the pool and club vitae facilities. The location and parking facilities were good as well.	report this review as inappropriate

Very enjoyable stay, staff friendly & efficient, for such a busy hotel we had a very relaxing stay, no queues, everything to hand, food lovely. Exceptional value & Killarney is a perfect location for a visit. Bubbling town, fantastic scenery/walks only a stones throw away. We will come again.	report this review as inappropriate

The staff were very pleasant. However, We stayed over a weekend and on the Saturday night there was a brawl on the corridor where I room was and as a consequence we got no sleep. I rang the reception they said they were dealing with the situation. But it was never dealt with. We eat very little for breakfast and we thought 12.50 Euro was expensive, we would have preferred the Bewley's Hotel approach to Breakfast. Apartment was great. Kids loved the pool in the hotel, had arm bands and swimming aids you could borrow thought this was a fab idea only downside, the pool was a bit on the cold side. staff were nice.	report this review as inappropriate

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and found it very spacious. The only negative was that the couch had no support and was in need of replacing. Service was great and being able to utilise all the facilities was excellent.	report this review as inappropriate

Friendly staff and clean basic accomadation. This is a family hotel with lots of children in "holiday" mode. 10 minute walk to the town centre. Gym and leisure centre was higher than expected standard. Good breakfast but eat elsewhere in the evening. Overall a good hotel for the price!	report this review as inappropriate

We really enjoyed our stay at Quality Resort Killarney. The staff were excellent and very courteous and helpful. The kid's tea in the early evening and the playroom and creche afterwards were of great benefit.	report this review as inappropriate

The room was not ready on arrival at 2pm. The room was in the older part of the hotel and therefore a little dated. The facilities for children were excellent. Good value for money. Overall satisfied. Creche staff were excellent.	report this review as inappropriate
