comments Hotel was wonderful a lovely location. Staff excellent. My only reservation was the price. My elderly mother and I were traveling to a wedding in Cork and decided to make a stop at the Malton and @ ?190 each for 2 rooms I felt it was a lot for one nights stay.

comments The communal sections of the hotel were all beautiful and very luxurious. I felt that the bedroom however was in need of small touchups (for a 4star hotel), but this is really due to the age of the hotel I suppose. Overall a lovely hotel, and the dining room and entrance foyer are stunning. Lovely helpful staff too.
