Polite friendly and professional staff. food in the restaurant is fantastic from the morning breakfast to the huge meals that are served. The view from our bedroom and the restaurant is mind-blowing and seems to be something from a fantasy story.The outdoor hot tub got plenty of use along with the steam-room.Overall superb value for money and a brilliant weekend away.

I thought the Lake Hotel was absolutely brilliant and we have booked to stay there again. The dinner is lovely and the breakfast was too. All the staff are so friendly and made our stay that much better. Thanks a million!

The hotel is in a superb location down by the lake. We used the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, lounges, listened to the Irish folk music in the bar, used the restaurant with views to beat over the lake. Our superior room with a lake view & whirlpool bath made the whole couple of days most enjoyable.

Our stay in the Hotel was superbe . The food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was fabulous. The service from everyone was great and very helpful they would do anything to make your stay more pleasant than it all ready was and made you feel very at home. I will most definitely be back and recommending it to everyone I know.

The setting is beautiful - overlooking the lake and surrounded by woodland, you completely forget you are on the doorstep of Killarney! The room was immaculate and the staff very helpful and friendly. The menu looked very good; we only ate seafood which was fresh, cooked simply and I would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay in the Lake hotel. The scenery was unbelievable and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. Received an upgraded room at no extra cost and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a fabulous lake and mountain view. Food was divine in the restaurant and the bar staff were really friendly. Hotel is located in off the road which means you get a peaceful nights sleep too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a break in Killarney. I will definitely be returning there myself in the near future for another stay.

Beautiful place, even got to see the deer one evening! Would definitly recommend it.
