comments excellent hotel. Ideal location. The leisure centre is great but the molton brown spa is fab, make sure to book well in advance. Love the minature molton brown bottles in the room. niamh c cork

comments MYSELF AND MY WIFE CELEBRATED OUR 5YR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY IN THE KILLARNY PLAZA. WE THROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY FROM THE POOL AND SAUNA AND CHOICE OF FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS, TO THE MOST FABULOUS MOLTON BROWN SPA WE HAD A VERY MEMORABLE TIME AND HOPE TO SPEND OUR 10TH YEAR THERE ALSO!

comments The hotel was a very pleasant expirience.It was spotlessly clean.The staff were more than helpful and friendly. The quality of the food was excellent. The leisure centre was very good. The spa treatments were extremley relaxing. The hotel itself is centrally located to everything. We are looking forward to our return visit.

comments The Killarney Plaza is centrally located but does not have that feel, which is a positive. There is a feeling of calm and the rooms were noise-free. Staff were particularly helpful and even rang, a little concerned when our arrival was delayed. We were attending a wedding nearby and the convenient location was of prime importance. Food was excellent and the residents bar, just as a residents bar should be, with private corners for late night chat. My only concern was the lack of availability of car parking spaces in the residents car park. It appeared constantly full! Otherwise, a lovely experience.

comments it was a very well maintained hotel with the highest quality of service available. Staff were very friendly, rooms were comfortable and the location of the hotel was in easy walking distance of the centre of Killarney.

comments When I went to pay my bill someone had charged ?125 bar bill and ?9.00 bottle of wine to my room, i think this should not happen and the customers should be asked to sign for all goods instead of just giving room number. the receptionist on duty at checkout was very helpful.

comments Hotel is of a very high standard. Staff very helpful. The only criticism I would have is that the pool area is very small for the size of the Hotel. My Spa experience was amazing.

comments It was a very quiet time of the year. The first night we stayed there, there were only 16 quests and the breakfast the following morning was not the freshest. When checking out, at reception, we were initially billed for an extra nights stay, but once I brought this to there attention, it was quickly rectified. The Hotel itself has a graet location and the interior is decorated to a very high standard.

comments As we were meeting friends from Scotland this was an ideal meeting place to see the surrounding countryside. Our friends could not get over the rich setting the hotel provided and this included all the facilities and the exceptionally well prepared food as well as the lavish breakfast we encountered each morning.

comments Overall the Killarney Plaza is very good and staff and service was great. Our breakfast and dinner was also to a very high standard. The location is excellent next to the National Park. The leisure centre is good but needs extra lighting as it was a bit dark and also some redecorating is required as paint and tiles were falling of the walls. One other thing we noticed was that the ceiling height was very low, possibly below the building regulations?

comments Fantastic hotel, rooms were fab and the service was great, facilities were lovely, however the only thing we were unhappy about is our meal on saturday night, ages waiting for our main course, food was lovely.
