This is our fourth time at the Kenmare Bay houses and our first in the Lodges. They are beautifully but practicaly furnished and everything you need is to hand. We have two kids and a dog so the whole thing works for us very well with the garden, use of the pool at the hotel and the proximity of the town. We will be back!

Simply perfect...Really lovely Lodge and Kenmare is a lovely little town.
The Lodge has Gas Hobs for cooking, Fantastic Garden Areas for BBQ's in the Summer and the Bedrooms and living areas are beautiful. I went with my Lady for Valentines and it was perfect.
Recommended.

We recently stayed in the Kenmare Bay Lodges for 3 nights over New Years. We found the Apts so much better than expected - they are beautifully decorated and are extremely luxurious. The whole apt was spotlessly clean, modernly decorated and had every amenity you could ask for including a fire log and dishwasher tablets! The apts are a 5 minute walk to the centre of Kenmare through a well lit pathway. We will definitely stay here again.

It was like walking into a bijou hotel suite in central London - except the service was so much more personal and friendly! The lodge was luxuriously warm and cosy with a foot of snow outside and the facilities were everything we expected, and more.

Magnificent accommodation. Lodges live up to their reputation. Location, location, location - just a three minute walk to the town- great if you want to sample different restaurants. Perfect for the kids too as they could use the pool without restrictions. Food in the hotel was super. Would highly recommend this accommodation if you wish to stay in Kenmare.

Lodges lived up their excellent Tripadvisor reviews. Spotlessly clean, chiquely & luxuriously decorated yet cosy at the same time, we looked forward to returning each evening after exploring Kerry. During our 5 weeks in Ireland the best decision we made was to stay at Kenmare Bay Lodges.. We cannot thing of anything you could do to improve the standard of accommodation.

Check out at the lodges is 10.00am (very early in my opinion)yet the pool isnt open to the children till then either which doesnt make sense. We have 3 children and they look forward to using the pool as much as possible so I really think check out should be extended to 11.00am. We are a family of 5 so getting away is a treat so please extend the check-out time.

Among our many holiday rentals, the lodge at Kenmare Bay Hotel would rank as the best. We found it spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, great location, every item supplied for selfcatering. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. We had lunch at the hotel which was really good and very good value for money. We plan to return again and can highly reccommend to others.

The only reason I would not geive top marks is the bar facility. Dead as a door nail even in peak season. Some kind of entertainment even one guy would make such a difference. Also the position of the bar itself is strange. The lodges are fab and would definately return.

We stayed for one week at the Lodges and found them very luxurious. A bit like a hotel within a house. Kitchen was well equipped , even the small things like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and detergent . Beds very comfortable and showers were great. Continuous hot water. Really quiet at night.
I would highly recommed the lodges though rather expensive were well worth the extra few bob. Pity theres not more accommodation like this around Ireland

This was a great choice for us. The lodge apartments we stayed in were essentially a small condo or townhouse facility. Parking was easy, it was close to town (easy to walk). Wi-Fi was available in the lobby. The area was quiet at night. The apartment was clean and the bathroom was spacious as compared to most European or UK bathrooms. We did have some minor appliance issues but the service staff was very helpful and addressed any issues that we had. Our washer/dryer was broken so the lodged did our laundry at no cost prior to departing. Theres a lot to do around Kenmare so you can easily spend 4 or 5 days there, providing you have a car to explore. We shopped at the local Super Value and made our own breakfasts in our apartment which saves a lot of time and money. We recommend this facility.

I was delighted to see a stairgate on the top and bottom of the stairs when we arrived it made life a lot easier with two smallies. The house is very nicely decorated and is in a great location. We loved our stay.

Loved the lodges. Bedrooms so comforatable, loads of room and beds huge. So near the town of Kenmare, just a few mins stroll away. Went to Hotel for breakfast - very reasonable 7.50 for adult 3.25 for child + 10% discount for lodge/ holiday home residents. Would definitely go back

Excellent accommodation - just what we needed (family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 children 4.5 years, 2.5 years). Short walk to the town centre and great facilities to use. The backyard was great for the kids. We had a great time. Quality fabrics for curtains and bedding was a real treat.

Our stay at the Kenmare Bay Lodges was lovely. The lodge was beautifully decorated and every need catered for. It was ideal for our 2 small children as we a private garden to leave them play in safely. On arrival we requested gates for the stairs and they were fitted within a half hour. Kenmare is a beautiful place to holiday and we would have no hesitation returning to the Kenmare Bay Lodges, as our every family need was catered for.

From comfort, cleanliness and proximity to the centre of Kenmare, the Lodges are absolutely fantastic. Everything down to washing machine powder was supplied in the lodge. This is our second time staying and certainly will not be our last! Top class accomodation as agreed by all 8 of us who travelled to Kenmare.

Nicely designed houses, very comfortable beds and bedding. Let down by the finishes in the bathrooms. The downstairs toilet seat was broken and the flush broke also. More cooking utensils eg tongs etc would have been appreciated. TV system too complicated - we needed lots of help to get it working. We enjoyed our stay but if we were paying the top season price we might have been more disappointed.

Although we had seen the website, we were very pleasantly surprised with the wonderful 'lodge' accommodation. It was very comfortable and private and we felt at home immediately.
Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to visit the area. Kenmare itself was also a lovely little friendly town with a lot to see and do.

Lodges were gorgeous. Very modern and well equipped for children. Stair gates etc were set up prior to our arrival. Pool is perfect for kids. Really enjoyed it and will be back

Excellent location and excellent facilities. I loved the small touches like the tea/coffee/milk/biscuits and of course the fire log - these make all the difference especially when you arrive late.

The lodge we stayed in was beautiful, and spotless, we couldnt say a bad word about it. My only issue is that the Hotel was closed while we were there. We would have availed of the hotel resteraunt and bar during our stay so this was a bit of an inconvinience and I think the hotel should have advised us of this prior to our stay.

The lodges are a perfect place to stay in Kenmare - they are beautifully presented and equipped with everything one moght require particularly when holidaying with Children. The Leisure facilities are very satisfactory and the lodges are a 3 minute walk along a well lit lane way to Kenmare. All in all I would highly recommemd the lodges as a base in Kenmare

The lodges were beautifully decorated and contained everything that you would need for a great holiday. They were located only a short walk from the village and it was great to be able to use the hotel swimming pool as well. Ideal for families.

Kenmare Bay Lodges were fantastic. The rooms where spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. The unsuites were modern luxury bathrooms, with separate showers. The living accommodation was spacious, fully equiped, comfortable and modern. We were very impressed with the standard of accommodation on a whole and would highly recomand them.

Very dissapointed to find that we were allocated a house rather than a bungalow. We had understood that all the lodges were bungalows and there was no option to tick on the online reservation form. There was an option for special requests which we read to mean special requirements such as wheelchair users etc. When we complained we were referred to the Book Assist organisation who are only the web hosters and have no role to play in the allocation etc of rental properties. In addition there was no daytime kid sclub as advertised and this was one of the main reasons we had returned for three years to the hotel complex. The other huge dissapointment is that WIFI did not extend to the lodges which again we had understood to be the case. As a result we had to go to the lobby of the hotel (the hotspot) to check work emails etc. As my husband works from home and I need to be in regular contact with my workplace, this proved to be a huge logistics problems with our young daughter especially in the torrential rain!
