we got upgradded to a suite when we arrived which was brilliant cause we had 2 kids with us. Everybody extremely friendly and helpfull. A very plesant stay and we are hoping to go back in the spring |

A great hotel for families. Children were given welcome packs and thoroughly enjoyed the contents of the pack and the competitions/activities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was good and reasonably priced menu available in bar. Would definitely consider another visit to this hotel. |

We had a very enjoyable stay. All the staff were quite pleasant and approachable. The only disappointment we had was the noise of the oil boiler throughout the night as we stayed at the back of the hotel. |

We had a lovely time, for the price we were paying i didn't expect to get the service that I did. because the hotel was so quite we really felt very welcome and it was as if the staff were there only for us.
We are getting married at christmas so we didn't bother taking a holiday this year so our 3 days in Kilarney was our holiday such. The quailty bar food really suprised me. I normally feel that you get what you pay for but in this case we got far more.

The service at breackfast and dinner was exceptional please thank all the staff you have as they deserve a good thank you. I only had one fault and that was that the pool was only open from 2pm in the day but then it was October. The hotel was clean and the room service was brillant. I loved my stay there and the location is perfect as you are just the right distance from the centre of Killarney. |

The breakfast was delicious - execpt for the weird grapefruit/orange juice mixture. The hotel is within walking distance of the town, which is a bonus. Unfortunately it is in need of an upgrade, especially in the pool and changing areas. |

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the swimming pool was very small and at times got very overcrowed. |

The Hotel was fine,but the noise from other rooms each night was really annoying and notone good nights sleep did i have; neither did my husband!Children were running wild the whole time.The Food was very nice but we had to have room service as we were placed in an awful spot in the dining room |
