I found my stay at killarney heights very comfortable clean and the staff were very polite and helpful, would reccomend this hotel for couples or families

Dinner that was included was HUGE couldn't eat it all. Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. Will stay again for sure!!!!

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were tastefully decorated, airy and clean. The staff were so friendly and the food was great. Would highly recommend it and will definitely stay their again

The location of the hotel, being just outside of downtown, was an advantage to us.

Great facilities and friendly staff. Only 1 comment to make: Change distance from town centre to 5 minutes by car and/or 15-20 walking.

We received a warm welcome and found staff very helpful at all times. Our room was comfortable. The smell of stale smoke was obvious when we arrived. I would recommend the Hotel and hope to visit again.

Very friendly staff and a lovely clean room. The only minus was that I reported two lightbulbs gone on my first day and by the third day they had still not been replaced. It's only a small thing but it did bug me. Otherwise great value
