	Staff very helpful and service very quick. Main course could have a better choice like chicken for example or ham. Otherwise food very good. Staff excellent. Room excellent. I would certainly stay again.

My Wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Carlton Hotel Tralee in May of this Year 2010. We had already stayed at this Hotel when it was known as the Fels Point Hotel. We had a wonderful time then and our stay this time was every bit as wonderful if not better. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The Bedrooms are large, comfortable with tea making facilities, High Definition Tv, Air conditioning, etc. Beds are V.comfortable. We really enjoyed our Breakfast there. We are both Vegetarian. I'am a Coeliac and Gluten free bread was not a problem. We had our evening meal there. and the chef made us a really nice vegetarian meal. We would Definitely stay there again. Highly Recommended. We had a lovely time at the hotel. In particular the service and quality of the dining in the restaruant, dinner in particular, was without fault. The reservations we have relate to the bathroom - it was small - the shower was over the bath (The power of the shower was all you could wish though.) and we also would have liked to have a more intimate space to lounge in other than in open foyer of the hotel.

	This hotel was amazing. We got a great deal of 3 night B&B one dinner €195 for two people. The only fault i could have with the hotel is the lack of staff. It did take us a while to get service food and drink wise, just couldn't find anyone but if this is the sacrifice to make for such a great deal then it is well worth it!

regarding our stay in the hotel i would rate it 4. The hotel,food and staff could not fault them very happy and did recommend it to people afterwards. but not a bit happy the following week when I went to the ATM machine to draw out my money and could not do so, I had to get in touch with my bank only to find out the hotel was after putting €200. of my laser card on hold when I checked in and when I checked out and paid my bill, they still left my €200.sitting there.I phoned the hotel Saturday morning 27-02-10 and was speaking to a girl by the name of Orla and told her I was not abit happy about this as Iam paid monthly and now could not get access to the last €200. of my money for the week end because of them.Orla told me she would ring me back in a few minutes only to say that she was onto cedit card authoriseation service and because it was laser there was nothing they could do about it and that Orla would have to get the hotels accountant to sort it out on Monday morning 1-3-10 and that she would ring me herself first thing that morning. What a joke today is Tuesday 2-3-10 and still waiting on the phone call because of this I would rate the hotels customer service a big fat 0 and as I already said I did recommend the hotel to family,friends and work colleges before i knew what they were after doing, I will know be letting them know and many more of the Fels Point 4 star Hotels carry on. I leave it at that as I know have to chase after them to get back my €200.

myself and my wife had a most enjoyyable stay at fels point, the staff could not have been more friendly and the rooms were magnificent, we had a meal on sat night which was most enjoyable and as it was my wifes birthday, it was a pleasent surprise when the matre de arrived with her dessert decorated with birthday greetings , nice touch.. i would have no hesitation in recomending this hotel to anyone. p,s, thanks for the upgrade.

Overall the hotel was lovely, the bedroom, restuarant and lobby area in particular. The food in the restuarant and the staff were excellent. The only fault I have was the bar area was not very comfortable. its was like a 2nd restuarant rather than a bar, we found it very difficult over our stay to find a seat in the evening tme as they were serving meals, so we had to sit in the lobby area. It was lovely but would have liked the option of being able to sit in the bar area.

	Fels Point Hotel was a wonderful stay. Eoin on the front desk really took care of us above and beyond the call of duty including giving us some really good tips on what to do around Tralee and Dingle. Would go back in a heartbeat.

	My mother, sister and I spent a wonderful weekend at the Fels Point Hotel. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. We dined twice in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent on both occasions. The customer service was superb and all members of staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. We are looking forward to a return visit and we would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

	We were pleasantly surprised with the overall standard of the hotel having paid a lot less than other similar class hotels in the area. Perfectly located 5 mins walk from the aquadome. Would definitely stay again if near tralee.

	I found this hotel to be satisfactory in every respect. The extremely high standard of hygiene & comfort was beaten hands down by the exceptionally helpful, friendly & upbeat staff. I cant wait to go back.

	I was delighted with the wheel chair access, esp in bathroom. We have been to many hotels that claimed to have wheelchair facilities but found problems when we got there. This was excellent. (This review has been edited)
