The most magical place, lovely staff. The room had the most wonderful view of the mountains. If you want a restful place to stay then Cahernane House is the place to visit.

Cahernane House Hotel was a warm, welcoming venue that we thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend. Bedrooms and common areas were all clean and inviting, and every meal we had was superb! The staff were friendly and helpful too. Perfectly situated just outside Killarney town, with gorgeous & very peaceful views of the irish countryside; this guest house is a destination we will suggest to our friends and will return to in the future.

A friend and I picked this hotel from the Internet during a motoring tour of the West of Ireland. We couldn't have been more pleased. A real jewel of a place. Lovely considerate staff, excellent breakfasts and dinners and the hotel is so quiet with many interesting public rooms to poke around. We were able to walk into town easily also. The bedroom was well equipped and quiet. A lovely stay

Our group of 3 enjoyed our stay at Cahernane House in ireland. the rooms were beautifully appointed and the service impeccable. We noticed a big difference in the service provided in the other hotels after our stay at yours. One of the features we liked most is the towel dryers in the bathrooms. My, you did spoil us for the rest!! GMA Winston-Salem, NC

We stayed 4 nights and therefore got an upgrade in a large and beautiful room. The hotel and its situation is simply great. We booked a pair of 2-day-packages with one dinner included - a very good value concerning the rate. The best we had during our 14 day visit to Ireland. The only negative point to mention: there have been 2 persons serving breakfast and dinner who didn't match the high level of the hotel. We are sure to come back and highly recommend Cahernan House.

Our stay at Cahernane House was wonderful! The staff were friendly and responsive and facilities exceeded our expectations. We booked rooms on behalf of ourselves and our traveling companions as a central location to tour Kerry and Dingle. We would highly recommend Cahernane House to others.

We arrived at the start of the driveway and drove down a lovely tree lined avenue before the house appeared before us. We were very impressed to begin with and as we approached the steps of the house itself with our cases, a very nice man (who's name is John) met us and took our bags into the hall where we were made very much at home immediately. Our room as one of the nicest rooms I have ever had the pleasure to occupy in a hotel and as it was my husband's birthday, we dropped our bags and escaped outside to the patio where we relaxed watching the sheep and cows graze in the fields beyond.. It was idealic and totally relaxing. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant that evening and although the service was a bit slow due to shortage of staff, the staff themselves were very friendly.. I loved the brown bread with the nuts inside. All in all it was a wonderful weekend - one we did not wish to end and this was mainly due to the lovely sorroundings and friendly atmosphere of the hotel inself. Check out the chickens and the Cockeral on the grounds. Also, the underground cellar bar with very tasty bar food if you don't wish to partake in the full dinner at the restaurant. WE WILL RETURN! Thank You...
