Stayed at the hotel for wedding. During our meal there was a male waiter who really looked after us because we had kids. The attention we received was welcoming. The day was perfect for all and we enjoyed the night all the more.

all staff were very pleasant and helpful hotel was spotlessly clean nothing could have been done to make our stay any better bar meals were excellent and good value for money

We had a great time ,, the staff were friendly and very helpfull . the food was excellent . we really enjoyed our stay .

The hotel was lovely and the staff were really friendly. The room that we had was really nice and had an amazing view. I thought that it was a shame that the restaurant was not open the nights we were there as I did find the food in the bar a bit bland.

This was my third time staying at Ballyroe Heights Hotel, and I could not fault anything about the Hotel.

the staff were more than helpfull,we also had the family room which was spotless, really big and close to the reception if in need of anything.food was great and there was no problem having a drink with the kids. thumbs up all round.

The room was very nice. However, the breakfast offered a limited selection - the waiter did not know what a croissant was!. The package we booked included dinner 1 evening. However, the restaurant had been booked out by a tour group the evening we were there. We had to eat in the crowded, noisy bar with children screaming etc.
