Really enjoyed our stay. Didn't leave the hotel for the duration of our stay as we had all we needed there. Very very impressed with the Spa facilities. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff. Flew down from Dublin. Hotel was near the airport so it was very handy. We'll be back.... |

We regularly go to a 5 star hotel and find going to other hotles can be dissapointing. This was not the case with the Ballygarry in fact there were liitle extras like the slippers and robe in the room that our regular 5 star dont. The hospitality superb. |

All the Staff from the Reception area to the Restaurant couldn't be more helpful.
The food and the presentation was excellent.
If you just wanted time out you could just sit in the library and relax.
The spa treatment I had was the hydrotherapy bath it was really nice and I then chilled out in the relaxation room for about 45 mins. One of the girls brought me a smoothie (or I could have had some herbal teas or some pieces of fruit) it was just the icing on the cake.
The bedrooms are very spacious and the decor is magnificent.
The Hotel is also very close to Manor West shopping Centre if you wanted a stroll after the lovely food.
I can't wait to go back there again. Would highly recommend it...

Very comfortable hotel. Excellent food. Spa was wonderful, really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Staff were the friendliest we have come accross in an Irish Hotel. Looking forward to going back to Ballygarry house. |

A gem find, just minutes by taxi from Tralee town centre. Ballygarry House Hotel & Spa was top class in all areas - service exceptional, food exquisite, accommodation elegant with all the added extras to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The Spa was pure luxury and personifies relaxation! We had not heard about this hotel in advance of booking via bookassist and have since heard so many good reviews from other people who have stayed there. We have stayed in many hotels around Ireland and found this to be the best yet! Well done to all the staff at the hotel for a job well done - and no, I am not related to the owners!!!! |

Our stay in Hotel was very pleasant. The level of service was very good. Receptionists could not have been more helpful. Their suggestions for dining venues were on the mark and the girls were most helpful when we had to rearrange (twice) our dining time in a nearby restaurant. I would highly recommend the hotel. The hotel is situated in very lovely gardens.
I intend to return to this oasis of calm to sample the Spa experience! |

the hotel is beautiful. A mixture of antiques and modern. The bedroom was huge and very cmfortable. the little extras like robes and slippers and chocolates on the pillow made a huge difference. The staff were extremely friendly. The Nadur Spar was beautiful. We are definitely planning on a return visit to Ballygarry House Hotel & Spa. |

The rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy due to the proximity of the main road. The spa was excellent and the staff there very nice. The restaurant staff could have been a bit more attentive but the food was very good. |

The Spa was excellent and really enjoyable.Hotel and room really nice.My only slight reservation was the Meal was only ok,we were on a special offer so it was a limited Menu which is fine but the Food wasn't very good,starter (Brie) wasnt cooked fully,Chicken (Main) was only average. |

I stayed at Ballygarry House Hotel & Spa with my mother a week ago and it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The spa is amazing. As guests, we had full use of the relaxation room and outdoor hot tub, which we took advantage of. It didn't disappoint. We both had treatments in the spa and the facilities were of a very high standard. The staff were very courteous and couldn't have done more to ensure a pleasant experience. A top class hotel. We will definitely be returning. |

Overall, i thought the experience was very good! However, i thought the only downside was when we went for our evening meal it was asked did we book the room with supervalu tokens! i said yes because i know you can get the same deal with supervalu tokens. then, the waitress gave me a menu for supervalu offer and the a la carte menu. the a la carte menu was going to cost 25 euro extra per head. i just thought the whole experience was unnessicary. other than that absolutely no complaints and great breakfast! |

The spa was outstanding, I think this was one of the best spas I ever visited. The food was just super also. The room lovely, big and the bed I could have slept in it all day. The one thing that was a little disappointing was it was Mothers Day that day and bar was so full there was no where that we could sit down, even out in the lobby was full. We had to bring our drinks up to our room but other than that every thing was just lovely |

Myself and a friend stayed at Ballygarry House for one night, we had spa treatements done in the Nadur Spa, not to be missed, like something you would see in Thailand, it was just spectacular, the staff very very friendly and catered to our every need, we dined in the restaurant and the the staff were equally as nice, it is a fantastic hotel with everything you could need all under one roof, I would highly recommend it and I loved it so much myself and my husband are going there again in two weeks time. |

Hotel had just been refurbished & was extremely comfortable, bedroom was very spacious - had very large sitting area as well as large ensuite. Dined in both the bar and restaurant - food was very good in both. All staff were helpful & polite & very welcoming. Spa was wonderful. Staff were excellent - despite arriving late for treatments, they rearranged their schedule so we could maximise time in the wonderful facilities. Would definitely recommend it highly to anyone looking for a relaxing break. |
