Kinlay House is one of Dublin’s best and longest established Hostels. Only minutes from the best selection of Dublin's bars, cafes, restaurants and attractions. Located in the famous Temple Bar district. Free breakfast and walking tours!
Accommodation:
We have a selection of single, double, twin, triple, four bedded and six bedded rooms, many with a private ensuite bathroom to make your stay just that little bit more comfortable. For the budget conscious we offer three magnificent hostel dorms sleeping between 16 and 24 people. These rooms are also ideal for the many school, college and sports groups we have stay with us. All rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. They feature wardrobe space, offer natural daylight and are centrally heated.
We provide all of the bed linen and in all ensuite rooms provide towels. For guests staying in standard rooms and dorms, towels can be hired for €1.
Safety and security are high on our list of priorities and all of our rooms operate on an electronic locking system and all guests are given their own electronic key card.

How to get there:
Aircoach: provides a 24-hour service between the airport and the city (alight at Trinity College) with departures every 15 minutes from 05:00 until midnight and hourly from midnight until 05:00. Tickets can be purchased online at www.aircoach.ie or from the driver when boarding. This cost is €7.00 one-way and €12.00 return. Journey time approx 30mins
Airlink: operates to and from the airport approximately every 20 minutes and is €6.00 one way / €10.00 return. Jump on either bus number 747 (05.45am - 11.30pm) and alight at O'Connell Street or number 748 (06.50 - 9.30pm) and alight at Wood Quay - a five minute walk from Kinlay House. Journey time approx. 30mins
Dublin Bus: the most economical means of transport into the city. Take the 16A and alight at College Green. The cost is €2.20 each way. Note, correct change is required. Journey time approx. 1hour
On Foot:
From Trinity College: Walk along College Green onto Dame Street. Continue onto Lord Edward Street, Kinlay House is at the very top on the right hand side, just before Christchurch Cathedral.
From O'Connell Street: Cross O'Connell bridge and continue along Westmoreland street. Turn right at College Green (Trinity College) and continue on Dame street to Lord Edward street, you will find us on the right just before Christchurch Cathedral
From Wood Quay: Turn left before the Dublin City Council offices onto Fishamble Street, continue to the top of the hill ( Christchurch Cathedral is on the right), turn left onto Lord Edward Street and you will find us on the left hand side.
