Tuar Beag is a unique Country House built around the stone walls and fireplace of the original thatched cottage built in 1831 and lived in by the Feeney family for 5 generations. Guest comfort and enjoyment are important to Eamonn and Siobhan Feeney, who have formed long standing friendships with the many visitors who return to Tuar Beag regularly.
Tuar Beag is located on over an acre of garden in the small fishing village of Spiddal, which while part of the Connemara Gaeltacht (Gaelic speaking) is just 12 miles for the centre of Galway City and enjoys fine views over Galway Bay.
