Seaview House Hotel is set in private and well tended grounds in the quiet village of Ballylickey in the heart of West Cork. Renowned for tranquility and unique beauty this chraming country house hotel is close to Bantry and Glengarriff. Awarded 3AA Star Rosettes for Cuisine.
This stunningly scenic area is a haven for walkers and ramblers with some of the best coastal routes on our doorstep such as 'The Sheep's Head Way' which takes in a superb moorland crest and rugged cliffs as well as easy lowland terrain, including a loop walk on Whiddy Island, and is described as "the best walk in Ireland".
Other walks begin at Glengarriff, the gateway to the Beara Peninsula and feature walks for all levels of ability with distances from 750m to 11km with views of sea, rivers, mountains, lakes and forests. 'The Beara Way' incorporating part of the O'Sullivan Way is a great long coastal trek circling the magnificent peninsula with plenty of archaeological sites along the route.
