• The Apartments are located on the grounds of Menlo Park Hotel and residents can avail of the hotel's facilities including: M.P.'s Bar & Lounge - open all day with bar food menu & carvery lunch; Oliver McGlynn Restaurant - contemporary and casual restaurant.

Location:
Menlo Park Apartments are located just outside Galway City Centre on the Headford Road (N84), near the N6 (Dublin road) junction. 3km from Galway Airport. 1.5km to Galway city centre-15-20 minutes walk.

How to get there:
Approaching Galway on the N6 from East/South, bypass the village of Oranmore and take the second exit off the "Martin" roundabout, signposted for Galway City West. At each subsequent roundabout take the second exit, following the signs for Galway City West/Castlebar. On approaching the 5th roundabout you will notice the Ibis Hotel on the left. You will see the Menlo Park Hotel across the roundabout with the apartments to the rear. From North/Sligo - on approaching Galway through Claregalway take the 3rd exit of the 1st roundabout. On approaching the next roundabout you will notice the Ibis Hotel on the left. You will see the Menlo Park Hotel across the roundabout with the apartments to the rear.

Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. A further deposit of Euro150 will be charged to your credit card within 2 days of reservation completion. The balance due will be charged to your card no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. Rental charges cover electricity, broadband internet access, cable TV, incoming phone, and one set of linen, including sheets, duvets & towels. A Euro 150 security deposit is payable on arrival and will be returned once management is satisfied that the apartment is left in order. Please note: The management reserve the right to terminate rental in the event of occupiers acting in a disruptive manner, causing a nuisance or disturbance, causing damage to the property or under any other circumstances that is deemed to be unreasonable.

Cancellation Policy:
The initial deposit paid on completion of booking is non-refundable. Cancellations should be made AT LEAST 6 WEEKS before your expected arrival time. If you cancel from 2 - 6 weeks before arrival, then only 50% of the accommodation cost is returned. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before arrival, the accommodation cost is not returned.

Additional Information:
The apartment and its contents must be maintained and left in a clean and tidy condition on departure. A Euro150 security deposit is payable on arrival and will be returned once management is satisfied that the apartment is left in order. Please note: The management reserve the right to terminate rental in the event of occupiers acting in a disruptive manner, causing a nuisance or disturbance, causing damage to the property or under any other circumstances that is deemed to be unreasonable. Management is not responsible for property lost or damaged during the stay or after departure, but they will however try to assist the return of left property. Pets are not permitted on the premises. Exception is made for guide dogs. Noise levels should be kept at a reasonable level as a matter of courtesy. Special requests - cots, camp beds, babysitting service must be made in advance and whilst we endeavour to provide so, it cannot always be guaranteed. A full copy of the Terms & Conditions may be requested from the management.

Check-in & Check-out:
Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and the premises must be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure. Late arrivals are catered for but management must be notified in advance.
