Markree Castle Homefarm Apartments are located in Markree Estate, close to the historic Markree Castle, 9km from Sligo City. There are 7 luxuriously appointed one, two or three-bedroom apartments set around the original 18th century courtyards over two floors. Located in the idyllic countryside Markree Castle Homefarm Apartments are an ideal base for the history or nature lover, perfect for walking or cycling.

Accommodation:
Markree Castle Homefarm Apartments consist of 7 luxuriously furnished and decorated to the highest standard apartments. Available for weekend breaks, midweek getaways or for weekly/longer stays. The 4-star apartments are 2 storey with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. All the apartments are luxuriously appointed featuring the following amenities:

• Fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
• Electric heating throughout.
• Spacious lounge/dining area with French windows.
• French doors opening either onto the gardens or riverside.
• Bed linen and towels supplied.
• Complimentary use of Spa with Hot Tub and Sauna.
• Tranquil walled gardens with patio area and private barbeque.
• Specially fitted ground floor apartment for guests with disabilities also available.

One Bedroom Apartment - sleeps 2 people
Comfortably spacious, these apartments comprise private bedroom, kitchen and Lounge/ dining area.

Two Bedroom Apartment - sleeps 4 people
These spacious apartments feature two private bedrooms, exceptionally spacious kitchen and lounge/dining area.

Three Bedroom Apartment - sleeps 6 people if required. Our largest accommodation offers three private bedrooms, spacious kitchen and lounge/ dining area and an open fireplace.

Optional Extras for a small charge:

• Breakfast provisions can be supplied.
• Welcome pack with daily delivery newspapers and fresh towels.

Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking on line. This will appear as 'BookAssist' on your credit/debit card statement. The amount paid (execluding booking fee of Euro 2.95) will be deducted from the total balance due for your booking. 
An additional non-refundable Euro 100 booking deposit charge will be deducted from your credit/debit card after confirmation of booking. You will see 'Markree Castle Home Farm' appearing for this on your credit/debit Card Statement. 
Balance must then be paid in Full to Markree Castle Homefarm within 21 prior to arrival.
A Security Deposit of EUR 100 will also be required from all guests on arrival. Guest are responsible for any breakages or accidental damage to property.
Cancellation policy:
Where an advance deposit and booking fee has been paid to bookassist - this will be non-refundable. Cancellations should be made directly to Markree Castle Homefarm Apartments.

• More than 8 weeks prior to arrival date - full refund.
• 6-8 weeks prior to arrival date - 75%.
• 4-6 weeks prior to arrival date - 50%.
• Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date - no refund.

• All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
• Check-in time is between 4.00pm-6.00pm, check-out time is 10.00 am.
• Please inform us in advance if you wish to arrive after 7.00 pm.
• Houses & Apartments must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Rates do not include electricity or heating.
• Rates are quoted in Euro.
• Weekend & Mid-week breaks are subject to availability.
• Should the number of guests exceed the numbers specified during booking, clients are liable to have their reservations cancelled at the discretion of the management.
• The Management is not responsible for loss or damage of clients' valuables or property during the period of booking.
• For hygiene purposes, no pets are allowed.
• Guests are responsible for any breakages or accidental damage to property.
