Accommodation: The Kenmare Bay Holiday Homes are located in the Ground of the Kenmare Bay Hotel and within Minutes walk to Kenmare town. The Hotel also offers 1 and 2 bedroom Suites located within the main Hotel, each with separate Living room with a dining area and kitchenette. Both the Houses and Suites are furnished to a 4 star standard, with Custom made upholstered furniture, luxury drapes and a combination of Marble and carpet flooring and elegant dining facilities.

The Kenmare Heights-Luxury Holiday Homes
Kenmare Heights are brand new Five Star luxury holiday homes. Each house has a state-of-the-art Fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops & walnut flooring.The kitchen flows through to the open planned dining room and luxurious lounge area. French doors from the dining area lead to a fully private landscaped garden. The lounge area has a fireplace and a large flat screen TV with Dvd player & Cd player.
Upstairs comprises of two large Master Bedrooms, both rooms are en-suite and the bathrooms are luxuriously appointed, with a separate Bath & Shower for the ultimate indulgence. The bedrooms are opulently decorated in neutral tones and each have flat screen Lcd TV's. Your health & wellbeing are kept in mind by using only filtered water in the kitchen.

Summer Booking: Please note that stay between July & August are for a minimum of 7 Nights. You must Arrive Saturday and Depart Saturday.

Terms and Conditions for Kenmare Bay and Kenmare Heights Holiday Homes:
A small non-refundable deposit and booking fee is required to secure the booking. This will appear on your credit card as "bookassist". A Further Non-Refundable Deposit is then required and will be processed by the Kenmare Bay Hotel. The Balance will be debited from your Card 6 weeks prior to arrival. Should the booking be made within 6 weeks of arrival Full Payment will be debited immediately.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that a cancellation has to be made both deposits taken by 'bookassist' and 'Kenmare Bay Hotel and Holiday Homes' are non refundable. An Additional 100 Euro for cancellation will be charged to your credit card. Cancellations made 4 weeks before your arrival will result in 50% of the Total accommodation cost being charged to your card.

Heating and Electricty:
Heating and Electricity charges are additional and will be based on Meter Readings and payable on departure.

Security Deposit:
A Security Deposit of 100 EURO is required. This can be paid by Major Credit cards, post dated cheque or Cash and is required to cover any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay. The deposit is then refunded on departure provided no Damage or Breakage has occurred.

• Check in is Between 1600 and 1900.
• Check out is 10am at the latest.
• You Must check in/out at Hotel reception.
• Kenmare Bay Holiday Homes are not Responsible for the loss of any Valuables or Property either during your stay or after departure.
• Number of people designated in the original booking must not be exceeded without first contacting the Reservations office.
• Guide Dogs are welcome. Please contact reservations dept to confirm arrangements.
• Should guest behave in an appropriate manner, cause damage to the property or indulge in any other behavior deemed to be unreasonable by management the rental may be terminitated without refund.
• All Complaints should be notified immediately to the Duty Manager.
• Cots must be requested at time of booking. One Cot per Apartment is permitted. High Chairs are available at a cost of 15 Euro per week. Cot linen is not available in either location.

How to get there:
From Dublin: Distance: 336km. Take the N7 from Dublin to Portlaoise, N8 to Michelstown, N73 to Mallow, N72 to Killarney, N71 to Kenmare.
From Cork: Distance: 96km. Take the N22 out of Cork, turn off onto the R569 to Kenmare approx 15km after Ballyvourney.
From Shannon: Distance: 176km. From Limerick city take the N21 for Killarney and then the N71 to Kenmare. On arriving to Kenmare from the R569 continue straight into the town. On reaching the top of Henry Street (Quills Woollen Mills in front) turn left and follow the road out of the square. The Kenmare Bay Hotel and Holiday Homes are situated on your left across from the Esso service station.
