Doolin Holiday Homes are located just two miles from the centre of the picturesque Doolin Village in Co. Clare. This is a prime rural seaside location with incredible scenery and an incredible array of local activities making it the ideal choice for your holiday break.

Accommodation:
Doolin Holiday Homes is a brand new development of just ten detached bright and modern cottages. Each Cottage comprises as follows:

• 3 bedrooms for up to six people: 1 double bedroom downstairs and 2 twin bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms are ensuite and there is also a guest toilet downstairs.
• Open plan living/ dining room is bright and airy and features a large window to allow in natural light. There is a comfortable suite of furniture, colour television and an electric fire.
• Fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including Microwave, Electric Oven, Washer/ Dryer and Dishwasher.
• Each of the houses has its own private parking and small garden.

Activities:

Dolphin Watching: The mouth of the River Shannon is home to Ireland's only resident community of bottlenose dolphins numbering approximately 100 members. The local dolphin watch tours boast a sighting rate of 98% during the months of May to August and operate from the towns of Kilrush and Carrigaholt.

Walking: Clare and its coastline offers some incredible walks including the Burren Walking Route which is a 26 mile (42 km) signposted walking trail from the town of Liscannor, along by the Cliffs of Moher, on to Doolin and into Ballyvaughan.

Diving: Kilkee offers some incredible diving spots with clear waters (average visibility of up to 12 metres) and an abundant marine life.

Horse Riding: The Clare Equestrian Centre is located just outside Ennis and offers trekking and cross-country rides along with Pony Camps, lessons and much more. Beach Treks are also available locally.

Surfing: Doughmore Strand and Spanish Point are particularly renowned locally for great surfing.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit of no more than 10% of overall total is required initially to complete your booking on line. This will appear as 'bookassist.com' on your credit/debit card statement. The amount paid (exec booking fee of Euro 2.95) will be deducted from the total balance due for your booking.
The balance of monies payable for your stay is expected 4 - 6 weeks prior to your arrival. This balance can be paid directly to Dream Ireland by cheque or postal order or bankers draft.
Security Deposit:
An Additional deposit of EUR 100.00 is then required to cover any breakages or damages that may occur during your stay. In most cases the security deposit is EUR 100.00, however, this can vary from location to location. This deposit is returned to you in full on your departure providing that the houses are left in a clean and tidy condition. Terms and Conditions:
Cancellations should be made as early as possible in writing or by email, fax or by Phone. In the event of a cancellation all deposits and booking fee are non-refundable. In the event of a No-Show Dream Ireland will hold onto any all monies. In the event where the balance has not been paid ?Dream Ireland? will charge the balance of your stay to your credit card.

Electricity & Gas: Eelectricity and gas is an additional charge paid on departure. In most cases it is charged according to meter readings taken on your arrival and again on your departure and are based on an average charge of 15 cent per unit. In some locations, heating and electricity is charged at a standard per day rate, this rate may vary from season to season. Standard Cleaning Charge: applies to all bookings. This will be added to your final bill. The amount is EUR 32.00

	Cottage for 6 people (Weekly Stays): The cottage can accommodate up to six people in a double bedroom downstairs and two twin bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms are ensuite and there is also a guest toilet downstairs. Bookings: You MUST stay 7 nights. Saturday to Saturday stays only.
