All dishes are freshly cooked to order and John sources as many ingredients as possible from local artisan food suppliers. We grow a variety of vegetables and herbs in our Potager Garden. Location: 
Located on its own grounds inthe village of Lisdoonvarna in Co. Clare. 40 miles from Shannon Airport - take the N18 north towards Galway/Ennis. In Ennis, take the N85 road to Ennistymon. Go through Ennistymon and follow the directions for Lisdoonvarna.
From Galway (40 miles) take the N18 South, heading towards Limerick. At the town of Kilcolgan, turn right onto the N67 following signs for Ballyvaughan. At the T-junction in Ballyvaughan, turn left and follow signs for Lisdoonvarna.
