Rivervale Holiday Homes are a lovely new development of eight holiday homes located within five minutes walk of Doolin Village in Co. Clare. These bright and airy houses can accommodate up to 5 people - in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom with a separate bathroom. The houses have been fitted out and equipped with high quality furniture and fittings catering to your every need.

Rivervale Holiday Homes comprise 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people: 1 double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom with a separate bathroom. The open plan kitchen/dining area contains all modern conveniences including electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The lounge area has been tastefully decorated and is furnished beautifully with a cosy suite of furniture; colour television and a welcoming open fire.

Location: Doolin is located 8km from the Cliffs of Moher, 6km from the famous spa town of Lisdoonvarna and just a fifteen-minute drive from the town of Lahinch.

Activities:

Dolphin Watching: The mouth of the River Shannon is home to Ireland's only resident community of bottlenose dolphins who thrive in this safe habitat. The estuary provides the dolphins with a rich source of food and a safe habitat for mothers and calves and is one of only six such breeding communities in Europe. The local dolphin watch tours boast a sighting rate of 98% during the months of May to August and operate from the towns of Kilrush and Carrigaholt.

Golf: Doolin has its own excellent nine hole pitch 'n' putt course and Lahinch has two golf courses - the Castle Course and the Old Course are located just a 20 minute drive away. Walking: Doolin is centrally located on the Burren Way Walking Route, which is a 26-mile (42 km) signposted walking trail from the town of Liscannor, along by the Cliffs of Moher, on to Doolin and into Ballyvaughan.

Diving: With its network of sub-marine caves Doolin offers some of the best diving sites on the west coast.

Caving: The Doolin Cave System was first discovered in 1953 and is over 10.5 km in length incorporating many active underground rivers flowing through the limestone. Guided trips can be arranged locally.

Horse Riding: The Burren is an ideal region to discover on horseback and there are many options available including beach trails.

Beaches: Within a ten-minute drive of Doolin there are two beautiful beaches - Fanore Blue Flag Beach with its fantastic sand dunes and shore fishing and Lahinch Beach that is popular worldwide with surfers.

Traditional Music: Doolin has a reputation as a centre for traditional Irish music and attracts visitors from all over the world.

Payment & Cancellation Policy: Payment Policy:
-An initial non-refundable deposit of no more than 10% of overall total is required initially to complete your booking on line. This will appear as 'bookassist.com' on your credit/debit card statement. The amount paid (exec booking fee of Euro 2.95) will be deducted from the total balance due for your booking.
- The balance of monies payable for your stay is expected 4 - 6 weeks prior to your arrival. This balance can be paid directly to Dream Ireland by cheque or postal order or bankers draft. -Security Deposit:
- An Additional deposit of EUR 100.00 is then required to cover any breakages or damages that may occur during your stay. In most cases the security deposit is EUR 100.00, however, this can vary from location to location. This deposit is returned to you in full on your departure providing that the houses are left in a clean and tidy condition. Terms and Conditions:
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible in writing or by email, fax or by Phone. In the event of a cancellation all deposits and booking fee are non-refundable. In the event of a No-Show Dream Ireland will hold onto any all monies. In the event where the balance has not been paid ?Dream Ireland? will charge the balance of your stay to your credit card.

Electricity & Gas: Eelectricity and gas is an additional charge paid on departure. In most cases it is charged according to meter readings taken on your arrival and again on your departure and are based on an average charge of 15 cent per unit. In some locations, heating and electricity is charged at a standard per day rate, this rate may vary from season to season.
